The present invention provides a smart solar soundproofing panel. The smart solar soundproofing panel including a quadrangular frame and a soundproofing panel member detachably coupled to the quadrangular frame by a fixed medium comprises: first and second installation space portions formed on the quadrangular frame in a vertical direction at a predetermined interval; first and second installation frames installed on the first and second installation space portions, respectively, and having angle-adjustable stators protruding from the central lower portion of the front surface thereof, wherein the angle-adjustable stators have inclined fixing portions and protrude from the front or rear surface of the soundproofing panel; first and second angle-adjustable holders having inclined installation grooves inserted into and fixed to the inclined fixing portions, and having inclined installation surfaces provided on upper surfaces thereof; and a light collecting panel installed on the inclined installation surfaces of the first and second angle-adjustable holders. The angle-adjustable stators of the first and second installation frames protrude from positions opposite to the front or rear surface of the soundproofing panel so that the light collecting panel can be installed to be inclined at a predetermined angle. The present invention can increase light collecting efficiency and space utilization efficiency.
