The present invention relates to a shaft sag prevention device for opening and closing a floodgate. The objective of the present invention is to make a center of the shaft for opening the floodgate coincide with a center of a connection shaft in case the shaft for opening the floodgate is sagging due to water pressure or ground subsidence by installing an iron ball on a semi-spherical groove at each facing plane of the shaft for opening and closing the floodgate and the connection shaft. For this, an apparatus for opening and closing the floodgate comprises: a driving shaft and a driven shaft for opening and closing the floodgate which drives each wire drum wound with a wire rope elevating the floodgate which is elevated by being guided by a floodgate frame; a connection shaft which delivers the dynamic power of the driving shaft for opening and closing the floodgate to the driven shaft for opening and closing the floodgate; and a coupling which connects each of both ends of the connection shaft to the driving shaft for opening and closing the floodgate and the driven shaft for opening and closing the floodgate. According to the apparatus for opening and closing the floodgate, the shaft sag prevention device comprises: the semi-spherical groove which forms a sphere by being formed at each center of the facing plane of the connection shaft and the driving shaft for opening and closing the floodgate and the facing plane of the connection shaft and the driven shaft for opening and closing the floodgate; and the iron ball which is installed in each sphere formed by the semi-spherical groove, and makes a shaft axis of the connection shaft and the driving shaft for opening and closing the floodgate coincide with a shaft axis of the connection shaft and the driven shaft for opening and closing the floodgate at all times.

본 발명은 수문 개폐용 샤프트 처짐 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 수문 개폐용 샤프트와 연결샤프트의 상호 대향면 각각에 반구홈을 형성하되 반구홈 상에 처짐 방지용 쇠구슬을 설치하여 수압이나 지반 침하 등의 이유로 수문 개폐용 샤프트의 처짐이 발생하는 경우에도 수문 개폐용 샤프트와 연결샤프트의 중심은 상시 일치되도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 수문틀에 가이드되어 승강이 이루어지는 수문을 승강시키는 와이어로프가 감기는 양측 각각의 와이어드럼을 회전 구동시키는 수문 개폐용 원동샤프트와 종동샤프트, 수문 개폐용 원동샤프트의 동력을 수문 개폐용 종동샤프트에 전달하는 연결샤프트 및 연결샤프트 양단 각각을 수문 개폐용 원동샤프트와 수문 개폐용 종동샤프트에 연결하는 커플링이 구비된 수문 개폐장치에 있어서, 수문 개폐용 원동샤프트와 연결샤프트의 대향면 그리고 수문 개폐용 종동샤프트와 연결사프트의 대향면 각각의 중심에 형성되어 하나의 구(球)를 형성하는 반구홈; 및 반구홈이 형성하는 구(球) 각각에 안착 설치되어 수문 개폐용 원동샤프트와 연결샤프트의 축중심 그리고 수문 개폐용 종동샤프트와 연결사프트의 축중심이 상시 일치되도록 하는 처짐 방지용 쇠구슬의 구성으로 이루어진다.
