The present invention relates to an emergency driving device to open and close floodgates capable of smoothly opening and closing floodgates in an emergency driving of the floodgates by transmitting forwards or backwards power of an emergency driving engine when an emergency driving unit to open and close the floodgates is installed in a rear end of a driving motor to open and close the floodgates. The floodgate opening and closing device comprises: a wire drum to open and close the floodgates by winding or unwinding a wire rope; a driving motor to drive the wire drum; a decelerator decreasing a speed of the driving motor to increase a torque; a thrust brake installed in a connection shaft to connect the driving motor and the decelerator to stop a rotation of the connection shaft; a rotary shaft to rotate back and forth the wire drum through the driving force of the driving motor received through the decelerator; a manual device connected to a rear end driving shaft of the driving motor to lift the floodgates by manual operation; a power shut-off unit installed in the driving shaft between the driving motor and the manual device to connect or shut-off the power between the driving motor and the manual device; and an emergency driving unit to open and close floodgates connected to the manual device, and driven by emergency power to open and close the floodgates. According to the present invention, the emergency driving unit to open and close floodgates comprises: an emergency driving engine driven back and forth by emergency power; a forward driving transmission unit to transmit a forward driving force generated by the emergency driving engine to the manual device; and a backward driving transmission unit to transmit backward the driving force generated by the emergency driving engine to the manual device.

본 발명은 수문 개폐용 비상구동장치에 관한 것으로, 수문 개폐용 비상구동수단을 수문 개폐용 구동모터 후단에 설치시 비상구동엔진의 동력을 정방향 또는 역방향역으로 조절하여 전달되도록 함으로써 수문의 비상구동시 수문의 개폐가 보다 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구성되는 본 발명은 수문을 와이어로프를 통해 감거나 풀어 수문의 개폐가 이루어지도록 하는 와이어드럼, 와이어드럼을 회전 구동시키는 구동모터, 구동모터의 속도를 감속시켜 토크(Torque)를 증대시키는 감속기, 구동모터와 감속기를 연결하는 연결축 상에 설치되어 연결축의 회전을 정지시키는 스러스트 브레이크, 감속기를 통해 전달되는 구동모터의 구동력을 통해 와이어드럼을 정역 회전시키는 회전축, 구동모터의 후단 구동축 상에 연결 설치되어 수동 조작을 통해 수문을 승강 조작하는 메뉴얼 디바이스, 구동모터와 메뉴얼 디바이스 사이의 구동축 상에 설치되어 수동 조작을 통해 구동모터와 메뉴얼 디바이스 사이의 동력을 연결 또는 차단시키는 동력차단수단 및 메뉴얼 디바이스에 연결되어지되 비상전원에 의해 구동되어 수문을 개폐시키는 수문 개폐용 비상구동수단이 구비된 수문 개폐장치에 있어서, 수문 개폐용 비상구동수단은 비상전원의 인가를 통해 정구동되는 비상구동엔진; 비상구동엔진의 구동에 따른 구동력을 메뉴얼 디바이스에 정방향으로 전달하는 정구동 전달수단; 및 비상구동엔진의 구동에 따른 구동력을 메뉴얼 디바이스에 역방향으로 전달하는 역구동 전달수단의 구성으로 이루어진다.
