INJECTION PIPE OF MIXING TYPES GROUTING EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to an injection tube of a mixing type grouting device which minimizes a consumption of grout materials and constructs a desired structure such as a barrier wall or a reinforced body on a ground. More specifically, the purpose of the injection tube of a mixing type grouting device comprises: an inner tube installed to form an injection space inside an outer tube such that in the case of supplying cement and a hardener, which are grout materials, the cement and the hardener are already sufficiently mixed when the cement and the hardener are discharged from the inner tube and the outer tube, thereby minimizing the loss of grout materials by significantly shortening hardening time; and significantly shortening a construction time of a desired structure, such as a barrier wall or a reinforcement body, on the ground. In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention discloses the injection tube of a grouting device, comprising: a double tube installing an inner tube whose length is shorter than the length of an outer tube to form an injection space inside the outer tube to which a bit body having a bit on the bottom thereof is combined, wherein a mixing agitator is further installed inside the bottom of the outer tube such that cement and a hardener, which are discharged to a ground through the outer tube and the inner tube, are discharged in a mixed condition by the mixing agitator, wherein the mixing agitator forms a mixing blade inside a fixing ring fixated to the inner bottom of the outer tube, wherein a cylindrical induction tool is formed on the central top of the mixing blade, wherein the mixing blade is diagonally formed in an axial direction; and in which a spiral bump is formed on the cylindrical induction tool in an opposite direction to the mixing blade.
본 발명은 그라우트재의 소비를 최소화 하면서도 지반 내에 차수벽이나 보강체 등의 목적하는 구조물을 시공할 수 있게 한 그라우팅장치의 주입관에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 외관의 내측으로 주입공간이 형성되도록 내관을 설치하여 그라우트제인 시멘트와 경화제를 공급할 때 시멘트와 경화제가 내관 및 외관에서 배출될 때 이미 충분한 교반이 이루어질 수 있도록 함으로 해서 경화시간을 대폭 단축토록 하여 그라우트재의 허실을 최소화하고, 지반 내에 차수벽이나 보강체 등의 목적하는 구조물의 공사시간을 대폭 단축할 수 있도록 한 믹싱타입 그라우팅장치의 주입관을 제공코자 하는 것이다.즉, 본 발명은 하단에 비트가 구비된 비트바디가 결합되는 외관의 내측으로 주입공간이 형성되게 상기 외관의 길이보다 짧은 길이로 내관을 설치한 이중관을 포함하는 그라우팅장치의 주입관에 있어서, 상기 외관의 하단 내측으로 믹싱교반구를 더 설치하여 상기 외관과 내관을 통해서 지반으로 배출되는 시멘트와 경화제가 상기 믹싱교반구에 의해 믹싱 상태로 배출되고, 상기 믹싱교반구는 상기 외관의 내부 하단에 고정되는 고정링의 내측으로 교반날이 형성되며, 상기 교반날의 중앙부 상측으로는 원뿔형 유도구를 형성하고, 상기 교반날은 축방향에서 사선으로 형성되며, 상기 원뿔형 유도구에는 상기 교반날과 반대방향으로 나선형 돌기를 형성한다.
