A APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING WATER LEAKAGE OF EMBEDED EXPANSION JOINT
A water leak prevention apparatus for an embedded expansion joint is disclosed. The water leak prevention apparatus for an embedded expansion joint according to the present invention comprises: a pair of support frames which are embedded in each of slabs of a bridge facing each other; a water receiving member which has a water receiving part in the center, hanging parts opened downward in both ends, and mounting parts formed on the ends of the hanging parts; and a pressing member which has a pressing part to vertically press the mounting parts in the bottom end and a coupling hole in the top end. Therefore, the present invention prevents water leakage by allowing the pressing member to press the mounting parts in a vertical direction, and simplifies the structure thereof by coupling the pressing member to the support frames through bolts, thereby enabling rapid and easy construction and installation.
매립형 신축이음장치의 누수방지장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 매립형 신축이음장치의 누수방지장치는, 교량의 슬래브와 슬래브 사이의 유간에 설치되어 누수를 방지하기 위한 매립형 신축이음장치의 누수방지장치에 있어서, 상기 슬래브 철근에 결합되는 매립부가 한쪽에 형성되고, 상기 유간 쪽으로 노출되는 영역에는 노출부가 형성되며, 상기 노출부의 하단에는 결합홈부가 상향으로 돌출된 지지단에 의해 상향으로 개구되도록 형성되어, 상기 유간을 사이에 두고 서로 마주보는 양쪽의 각 슬래브에 매립되는 한 쌍의 지지 프레임; 중간부가 "U"자 절곡되어 물받이부가 형성되고, 양단에는 상기 지지단이 삽입되어 걸리기 위한 걸림부가 하향으로 개구되도록 다중 절곡되어 형성되며, 상기 걸림부의 단부에는 상기 결합홈부에 삽입되어 안착되기 위한 안착부가 각각 다중 절곡되어 형성된 물받이부재; 및 상기 안착부와 상기 결합홈부 사이의 수밀을 유지시켜 상기 유간으로의 누수가 방지되도록 상기 결합홈부에 삽입된 안착부를 수직방향으로 가압하기 위한 가압부가 하단부에 형성되고, 상단부에는 상기 가압부가 상기 안착부를 가압하는 상태에서 상기 노출부에 볼트로 체결되어 결합되기 위한 결합공이 형성된 가압부재를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 슬래브에 매설되는 지지 프레임의 결합홈부에 물받이부재의 안착부가 각각 안착된 상태에서 각각의 가압부재가 안착부를 수직방향으로 가압함으로써, 안착부와 결합홈부 사이의 수밀이 유지되어 누수를 방지할 수 있고, 결합홈부에 안착된 안착부를 가압부로 가압하도록 가압부재를 지지 프레임에 볼트로 체결하여 결합하도록 구성됨으로써, 구조가 단순하여 누수방지장치의 시공 및 설치가 신속하고 용이하게 이루어질 수 있는 효과를 제공할 수 있게 된다.
