WEDGE SHAPED WATER STOP AND EMBEDED CONCRETE EXPANSION JOINT FORM USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a wedge-shaped water stop and a built-in type expansion joint form for placing a concrete slab using the same capable of placing concrete into both sides of a gap between slabs at the same time by preventing the deformation of the water stop installed between the slabs when placing concrete and installing the built type form not to separate the form after curing concrete. The built-in type expansion joint form for placing the concrete slab according to the present invention is characterized by including upper and lower forms including a pair of plate-shaped members arranged at a predetermined interval and coupled by a connector, an rebar fixing pieces with one open side protruding to be integrated with the plate-shaped member at constant intervals on the outer surfaces of each plate-shape member, and coupling protrusion units protruding from the upper or lower parts of the plate-shaped members outward in a longitudinal direction; the water stop arranged between the upper and lower forms, coupled and fixed to the coupling protrusions formed on the upper and lower forms respectively in the upper and lower parts and having a wedge-shaped cross section due to portions protruding outward from the upper and lower forms becomes thinner to the ends; and a dowel bar formed by penetrating rods through one side of the upper form at constant intervals in a longitudinal direction, covering a cap on the rods protruding from the other side of the upper form, and covering a cover on the end of the cap.
