The present invention relates to a clamp for scaffold pipe configured to prevent a phenomenon of a downward dropping of a clamp by a load or a shock by adding a safety function, thus securing greater safety by preventing a risk of accident. The present invention comprises: a pair of bodies (10) which have a seating part (11) corresponding to a pipe (P) to be rotatably connected to a shaft (S1); a cover (20) which has a seating part (21) corresponding to the pipe (P) to be rotatably connected to a shaft (S2) on one end of the body (10), integrally having a pressurizing part (22) protruded to an inner side of an other end; a tightening bolt (30) which is rotatably connected to the shaft (S1) on the other end of the body (10) to be protruded to the outside through a pressurizing part (22) of the cover (20); a saw tooth gear (40) to pressurize a pipe (P) using an eccentric shaft hole (41) rotatably inserted in the tightening bolt (30); and a tightening nut (50) equipped with a pressurizing process (51) screw assembled to the tightening bolt (30) and inserted in the pressurizing part (22) of the cover (20).
본 발명은 안전기능을 부여하여 하중이나 충격 등에 의해 클램프가 하부로 내려가거나 또는 한쪽으로 쏠리는 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 이를 통해 안전사고의 위험을 예방하여 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 비계 파이프용 클램프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 파이프(P)에 대응하는 안착부(11)를 구비하여 축(S1)으로 회전가능하게 연결되는 한쌍의 몸체(10); 상기 파이프(P)에 대응하는 안착부(21)를 구비하여 몸체(10)의 일단에 축(S2)으로 회전가능하게 연결되고, 타단 내측으로 돌출된 가압부(22)를 일체로 구비하는 덮개(20); 상기 몸체(10)의 타단에 축(S3)으로 회전가능하게 연결되어 덮개(20)의 가압부(22)를 통해 외부로 돌출되는 조임볼트(30); 상기 조임볼트(30)에 회전가능하게 끼워지는 편심축공(41)을 구비하여 파이프(P)를 가압하는 톱니기어(40); 상기 조임볼트(30)에 나사조립되어 덮개(20)의 가압부(22)로 끼워지는 가압돌기(51)를 구비하는 조임너트(50)를 포함하여 구성된다.
