THE SELF POSITIONING JOINT STRUCTURE BETWEEN PRECAST STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE COLUMN AND PRECAST STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE BEAM
The present invention relates to a self positioning joint structure between precast SRC column and precast SRC beam, comprising: a precast SRC beam (100) including a beam steel frame (110) and beam concrete (150) surrounding the beam steel frame (110); a precast SRC column (200) including a column steel frame (210) and a column concrete (250) surrounding the column steel frame (210); a beam plate (130) coupled to an end of beam steel frame (110) formed with a setting bolt inserting hole (132) on a lower portion; an anchorage bar (270) installed by penetrating the column steel frame (210) in a tilted U-shape, and buried on the column concrete (250); a column plate (230) engaging to an end of the anchorage bar (270) formed with a male screw thread with an insert nut (260) formed with a female screw thread installed by partial insertion on an outer surface of the column concrete (250); and a setting bolt (SB) installed in the lower portion of the column plate (230) by exposing externally, wherein the setting bolt (SB) is inserted to the setting bolt inserting hole (132) when the beam plate (130) moves downwards with contact on the column plate (230), allowing self positioning.
본 발명은 보철골(110)과 상기 보철골(110)을 감싸는 보콘크리트(150)를 포함하여 구성되는 프리캐스트 SRC보(100); 기둥철골(210)과 상기 기둥철골(210)을 감싸는 기둥콘크리트(250)를 포함하여 구성되는 프리캐스트 SRC기둥(200); 상기 보철골(110) 단부에 결합되며 하부에 세팅볼트삽입홀(132)이 형성된 보플레이트(130); 눕힌 U자형으로 상기 기둥철골(210)을 관통하여 설치되며 상기 기둥콘크리트(250)에 매립되는 정착철근(270); 상기 기둥콘크리트(250) 외면에 일부 매립되게 설치되며 암나사산이 형성된 매립너트(260)에 의해 수나사산이 형성된 상기 정착철근(270)의 단부에 체결되는 기둥플레이트(230); 및, 상기 기둥플레이트(230) 하부에 외부로 노출되도록 설치되는 세팅볼트(SB);를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 보플레이트(130)가 상기 기둥플레이트(230)에 접촉한 상태로 하강할 때 상기 세팅볼트(SB)가 상기 세팅볼트삽입홀(132)에 삽입되어 셀프포지셔닝(self positioning)이 가능하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 SRC기둥과 프리캐스트 SRC보의 셀프포지셔닝 연결구조를 제공한다. 더불어 상기 정착철근(270)은 생략되고, 상기 매립너트(260)가 상기 철골의 전방플렌지(212)에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 SRC기둥과 프리캐스트 SRC보의 셀프포지셔닝 연결구조를 제공한다.
