THE SELF POSITIONING JOINT STRUCTURE BETWEEN PRECAST STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE COLUMN AND PRECAST STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE BEAM
The present invention provides a precast SRC column and a self-positioning connection structure thereof. The present invention comprises: a precast SRC beam (100) comprising a beam steel frame (110) and beam concrete (150); a precast SRC column (200) comprising a column steel frame (210) and column concrete (250); a beam plate (130) coupled to an end part of the beam steel frame (110); a fixing steel bar (270) buried in the column concrete (250); a column plate (230) fastened to an end part of the fixing steel bar (270); and a setting bolt (SB) installed to be exposed to the outside in a lower portion of the column plate (230). The setting bolt (SB) is inserted into a setting bolt insertion hole (132) to be self-positioned when the beam plate (130) descends while the beam plate comes in contact with the column plate (230).
본 발명은 보철골(110)과 상기 보철골(110)을 감싸는 보콘크리트(150)를 포함하여 구성되는 프리캐스트 SRC보(100); 기둥철골(210)과 상기 기둥철골(210)을 감싸는 기둥콘크리트(250)를 포함하여 구성되는 프리캐스트 SRC기둥(200); 상기 보철골(110) 단부에 결합되며 하부에 세팅볼트삽입홀(132)이 형성된 보플레이트(130); 눕힌 U자형으로 상기 기둥철골(210)을 관통하여 설치되며 상기 기둥콘크리트(250)에 매립되는 정착철근(270); 상기 기둥콘크리트(250) 외면에 일부 매립되게 설치되며 암나사산이 형성된 양면매립너트(260)에 의해 수나사산이 형성된 상기 정착철근(270)의 단부에 체결되는 기둥플레이트(230); 및, 상기 기둥플레이트(230) 하부에 외부로 노출되도록 설치되는 세팅볼트(SB);를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 보플레이트(130)가 상기 기둥플레이트(230)에 접촉한 상태로 하강할 때 상기 세팅볼트(SB)가 상기 세팅볼트삽입홀(132)에 삽입되어 셀프포지셔닝(self positioning)이 가능하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 SRC기둥과 프리캐스트 SRC보의 셀프포지셔닝 연결구조를 제공한다. 더불어 상기 정착철근(270)은 생략되고, 상기 양면매립너트(260)가 상기 철골의 전방플렌지(212)에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 SRC기둥과 프리캐스트 SRC보의 셀프포지셔닝 연결구조를 제공한다.
