The present invention relates to a window windbreak member (100), capable of closing an air path between a window frame (30) and a window (20) by being installed in the window (20). The present invention includes: a housing comprising a cover (112) and a case (110) having a space inside; a vertical moving part (120) stored in the housing, and linearly and vertically reciprocating in the housing to close an air path between the floor surface of the window frame and the window and a gap between rails (33), installed in the window frame and the window; a horizontal moving part (130) stored in the vertical moving part, and linearly and vertically reciprocating to close a gap between the floor surface of the window frame and the rails, a gap between other rails (34), adjacent to the rails, or air path between window frames, adjacent to the rails; a vertical movement screw (123) vertically moving the vertical moving part by a control of a user; and a horizontal movement screw (136) horizontally moving the horizontal moving part by a control of the user.
