CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR STRUT WALE USING PRESTRESSED BEAM
The present invention relates to a construction method to install a strut wale using a prestressed beam, capable of preventing a ground from being collapsed due to pressures of the earth by stably supporting a rear surface of the wale regardless of a depth and width of a ground excavation. The construction method to install a strut wale using a prestressed beam comprises: a wale installing step of installing a wale on an excavated surface of an excavated ground; a buffer installing step of fixating and installing a buffer to protrude to the outside through a hole by connecting a bolt and a nut after a hole is bored on a center of the wale; a jack installing step of fixating and installing a pair of jacks to protrude to the outside by the connection of the bolt and the nut through the hole after the hole is bored on the wale to individually be installed by being symmetric to both sides across the buffer installed in the center of the wale; a bracket installing step of fixating and installing a pair of brackets to protrude to the outside through the hole by connecting the bolt and the nut after the hole is bored on the wale to individually be installed by being symmetric to both sides across the buffer installed in the center of the wale; a stranded cable installing step of fixating and installing one end of a stranded wire to one selected among the pair of the brackets in order, supporting the one end of the stranded wire on an other side of one selected among the pair of the jacks, supporting the one end on the other side of the buffer, supporting the other side of the rest of one among the pair of the jacks, and fixating and installing the other end of the stranded wire to the rest of one among the pair of the brackets; and a stranded cable tensioning step of controlling tension of the stranded cable by controlling the jack to push the stranded cable to the outside of the wale, and attaching the wale to the excavated surface.
본 발명은 굴착된 지반의 굴착면에 띠장을 설치하는 띠장설치단계; 상기 띠장의 중간 부분에 홀을 천공한 후, 상기 홀을 통해 볼트 너트 결합에 의해 외측으로 돌출되도록 완충기를 고정 설치하는 완충기 설치단계; 상기 띠장의 중간 부분에 설치되는 완충기를 중심으로 양쪽으로 대칭되어 각각 설치되도록 띠장에 홀을 천공한 후, 상기 홀을 통해 볼트, 너트 결합에 의해 외측으로 돌출되도록 한 쌍의 잭을 고정 설치하는 잭 설치단계; 띠장의 중간 부분에 설치되는 완충기를 중심으로 양쪽으로 대칭되어 각각 설치되도록 띠장에 홀을 천공한 후, 상기 홀을 통해 볼트, 너트 결합에 의해 외측으로 돌출되도록 한 쌍의 대좌브라켓을 고정 설치하는 대좌브라켓 설치단계; 순차적으로 연선의 일측단을 한 쌍의 대좌브라켓 중 선택된 하나에 고정 설치하고, 한 쌍의 잭 중 선택된 하나의 타측에 지지되도록 하며, 완충기의 타측에 지지되도록 하고, 한 쌍의 잭 중 나머지 하나의 타측에 지지되도록 한 후, 타측단을 한 쌍의 대좌브라켓 중 나머지 하나에 고정 설치하는 연선 설치단계; 및 상기 잭을 조작하여 연선의 장력을 조절함으로써, 연선을 띠장의 외측으로 밀어내는 동시에, 띠장을 굴착면 측으로 밀착되도록 하는 연선 긴장단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
