Prestressed wale and it's construction method
An objective of the present invention is to provide a prestressed wale and a construction method thereof, which install a saddle on both ends of a beam, install a stiffener between internal flanges of the beam, and install an arrangement form of a steel strand for prestress introduction of a PC steel wire between the saddle and the stiffener in a trapezoidal shape to allow simple construction and provide an excellent prestress effect. To achieve the objective, according to the present invention, the prestressed wale comprises: an H-beam consisting of flanges and a web; a saddle fixed and installed between the flanges of both ends of the H-beam; one or more stiffeners tightly fixed on the inside of the H-beam at regular intervals; and a PC steel wire hung on the saddle and the stiffeners to be installed. In addition, to achieve the objective, according to the present invention, the construction method of a prestressed wale constructs: an H-beam consisting of flanges and a web; a saddle fixed and installed between the flanges of both ends of the H-beam; one or more stiffeners tightly fixed on the inside of the H-beam at regular intervals; and a PC steel wire hung on the saddle and the stiffeners to be installed. The prestressed wale is installed across previously installed H-beams.
본 발명은 빔의 양단에 새들을 설치하며, 빔의 내부 플랜지 사이에 스티프너를 설치하며, 상기 새들과 스티프너 간에 PC강선의 프리스트레스 도입을 위한 강연선의 배치형태를 사다리꼴로 설치하여 시공이 단순할 뿐만 아니라 프리스트레스 효과도 더 뛰어나도록 한 프리스트레스 띠장 및 이의 시공방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 프리스트레스 띠장은 플랜지 및 웨브로 이루어진 H빔과; 상기 H빔의 양단 플랜지 사이에 고정 설치되는 새들과; 상기 H빔의 내측에 일정한 간격을 두고 적어도 1개 이상이 밀착 고정되는 스티프너와; 상기 새들과 스티프너에 걸쳐서 설치되는 PC강선으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 프리스트레스 띠장 시공방법은 플랜지 및 웨브로 이루어진 H빔과; 상기 H빔의 양단 플랜지 사이에 고정 설치되는 새들과; 상기 H빔의 내측에 일정한 간격을 두고 적어도 1개 이상이 밀착 고정되는 스티프너와; 상기 새들과 스티프너에 걸쳐서 설치되는 PC강선으로 구성된 프리스트레스 띠장을 시공하는 방법으로서, 기설치된 H빔 간을 가로질러 프리스트레스 띠장을 설치함을 특징으로 한다.
