The present invention provides an electricity manhole for preventing short circuit in an apartment house complex. The electricity manhole for preventing short circuit in an apartment house complex of the present invention comprises: a manhole body unit (100) formed to make a certain depth downward on a road (1) in the apartment house complex and to have an opening (101) on the top end and a railroad installation unit, where a railroad (10) is buried, on the bottom end of the inside; a manhole cover unit (200) installed on the opening (101) of the manhole body unit (100) to be able to vertically rotate, which opens and closes the opening (101), and whose one side is opened, and which has a slit hole installed by sliding of an insulation cover body (90); a cover replacing unit (300) buried in the road (1) to be placed on one side of the manhole body unit (100) and to replace the insulation cover body (90) in the slit hole (211) when a preset replacement time has come; and, a humidity removing unit (400) buried in the manhole cover unit (200) to receive power supply from the outside when a raindrop is detected on the external surface of the manhole cover unit (200), to generate heat, and to vaporize the raindrop.
본 발명은 공동주택 단지내 누전방지 전기맨홀을 제공한다. 상기 공동주택 단지내 누전방지 전기맨홀은 공동 주택의 단지 내 도로(1)에 하방으로 일정 깊이를 이루며, 상단에 개구(101)가 형성되고, 내부 하단에 선로(10)가 매설되는 선로 설치부가 형성되는 맨홀 몸체부(100)와; 상기 맨홀 몸체부(100)의 상기 개구(101)에 상하 회전 가능하게 설치되어, 상기 개구(101)를 개폐하고, 일측이 개방되며, 절연 커버 몸체(90)가 슬라이딩 이동되어 설치되는 슬릿홀이 형성되는 맨홀 커버부(200)와; 상기 맨홀 몸체부(100)의 일측에 위치되도록 상기 도로(1)의 내부에 매설되며, 설정된 교체 주기에 이르면, 상기 슬릿홀(211)에 상기 절연 커버 몸체(90)를 교체하는 커버 교체부(300); 및 상기 맨홀 커버부(200)에 매설되며, 상기 맨홀 커버부(200)의 외면에서의 우적이 감지되면 외부로부터 전원을 인가 받아 발열되어 상기 우적을 기화시키는 습기 제거부(400)를 포함한다.
