The present invention provides an electrical manhole of an electric leakage prevention function in a complex, including: a bottom portion; a cylindrical sidewall portion extending upwardly from the circumference of the bottom portion; a hollow outer wall disposed in a hollow of the sidewall portion and arranged to be able to move up and down through a lift hole formed in the bottom portion; an inner wall disposed in the hollow of the outer wall, and move up and down through the lift hole formed in the bottom portion; an elevating portion for moving up and down the outer wall and the inner wall; and a control portion for alternately lowering and arranging the outer wall and the inner wall by using the elevating portion when a set replacement period is reached.
본 발명은 단지내 누전 차단 기능의 전기 맨홀을 제공한다. 상기 단지내 누전 차단 기능의 전기 맨홀은 바닥부; 상기 바닥부의 둘레로부터 상방으로 연장되는 원통 형상의 측벽부; 상기 측벽부의 중공에 배치되되, 상기 바닥부에 형성되는 승강홀을 통해 승강 가능하게 배치되는 중공 형상의 외벽; 상기 외벽의 중공에 배치되되, 상기 바닥부에 형성되는 승강홀을 통해 승강 가능하게 배치되는 내벽; 상기 외벽 및 상기 내벽을 승강시키는 승강부; 및 설정된 교체 주기에 이르면, 상기 외벽 및 상기 내벽을 상기 승강부를 사용하여 교대로 하강 배치시키는 제어부를 포함한다.
