WELL CEILING STRUCTURES AND WELL CEILING STRUCTURES USING THE SAME CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a well ceiling structure and a well ceiling structure construction method using the same. The well ceiling structure, in which a ceiling board (3) is installed on a tee bar (2) structure coupled to a ceiling slab (1) of a building and a fixing support (4) is installed on one side of the ceiling board at one side of the tee bar (2), comprises: a well ceiling frame (100) formed with open upper and lower portions by combining plate elements with each other; a flexible sheet (200) corresponding to the ceiling slab (1); and patterned wood sheet paper (300) extended from the inner circumferential surface of the well ceiling frame (100) to a lower end of the well ceiling frame. By constructing a well ceiling using the present invention, a well ceiling structure can be mass-produced in plants and a product can be implemented in a variety of designs, thereby enabling rapid response to consumer tastes and trends.
본 발명은 우물천장 구조물 및 이를 이용한 우물천장 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 천장슬라브(1)에 결합되는 티바(2) 구조물에 천장보드(3)가 설치되고, 상기 티바(2) 일측의 천장보드 일면으로 고정부목(4)이 설치되며, 상기 고정부목(4)에 고정결합되어 천장을 형성하는 천장보드(3) 보다 천장슬라브(1)측 상측으로 요입형성되어 우물천장을 형성하는 우물천장 구조물에 있어서, 판체를 상호 결합하여 상하 개방되게 형성하고, 천장보드(3)와 연장선상 면에서 천장 슬라브(1)측으로 요입되게 형성되어 우물천장을 구성하도록 형성되는 사각의 우물천장 프레임(100)과; 천장 슬라브(1)를 향하는 상기 우물천장 프레임(100) 상측 둘레를 따라 감싸 고정하여 상기 우물천장 프레임(100)의 상측이 밀폐되게 결합되고, 다양한 디자인이 인쇄되어 천장 슬라브(1)에 대응되는 플랙시블 시트(200)와; 상기 플랙시블 시트(200)와 맞닿는 상기 우물천장 프레임(100) 내부 둘레 면으로부터 우물천장 프레임 하단으로 연장되어 마감부착되는 무늬목시트지(300);로 형성하고, 이를 이용하여 우물천장을 시공함에 따라 우물천장 구조물을 공장에서 대량생산이 가능하고, 다양한 디자인의 제품 구현이 가능하여 소비자 취향과 트랜드에 빠르게 대처가 가능함은 물론, 공장에서 제작된 우물천장 구조물을 통해 현장에서 천장에 부착하는 과정만으로, 별도의 우물천장 조립과정과 후처리 내지는 마감공정을 거칠 필요가 없어 시공시간의 단축과 시공비용의 절감, 자재비 및 인건비의 절감이 가능한 효과가 있고, 공장에서 기 제작하여 현장에 시공함에 따라 현장에서 조립하여 시공되는 종래의 우물천장 구조물에서 발생되는 조인트 불량 발생이 없고, 항상 동일한 규격의 적용이 가능하며, 천장 슬라브까지의 우물천장 깊이를 최대로 활용이 가능하여 실내의 천장높이를 최대로 제공이 가능함에 따라 차별화된 실내인테리어의 제공이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 우물천장 구조물 및 이를 이용한 우물천장 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
