APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CURVED PRECAST WALL
The present invention relates to a variable frame apparatus for manufacturing a precast wall of a curved part, a method for manufacturing the precast wall of the curved part using the frame apparatus, and the precast wall of the curved part manufactured by the same manufacturing method. More specifically, the present invention relates to the variable frame apparatus for manufacturing a curved precast (PC) wall, which includes: a support member which is arranged by being horizontally separated from each other at a fixed gap; a variable frame board which has both ends combined to the upper side of the support member, can change curvature thereof, and is poured with concrete through the upper side thereof; and a curvature changing unit for changing the curvature of the variable frame. The curved PC wall having curvature equal to the curvature of the variable frame is manufactured by pouring the concrete to the upper side of the variable frame.
본 발명은 곡선부 프리캐스트 벽체 제작을 위한 가변형 형틀장치, 그 형틀장치를 이용한 곡선부 프리캐스트 벽체 제조방법 및 그 제조방법에 의해 제작된 곡선부 프리캐스트 벽체에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 프리캐스트 벽체를 제작하기 위한 가변형 형틀장치에 있어서, 서로 횡방향으로 특정간격 이격되어 배치되는 지지부재; 양단이 상기 지지부재의 상단측에 결합되며, 곡률변경이 가능하고 상부측으로 콘크리트가 타설되는 가변형 형판; 및 상기 가변형 형판의 곡률을 변형시키는 곡률변경수단;을 포함하고, 상기 가변형 형판의 상부측으로 콘크리트를 타설하여 일면이 상기 가변형 형판의 곡률과 일치된 곡률을 갖는 곡선부 PC 벽체가 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡선부 PC 벽체 제작을 위한 가변형 형틀장치에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a variable frame apparatus for manufacturing a precast wall of a curved part, a method for manufacturing the precast wall of the curved part using the frame apparatus, and the precast wall of the curved part manufactured by the same manufacturing method.
