CORNER BEAD FASTENING DEVICE FOR CONSTRUCTION

The present invention relates to a corner bead fastening device for construction, which is used for a corner bead to be vertically installed in an external edge of a wall surface, and comprises: an adjustment bracket (30) installed in one side of a wall surface (22); protrusion pieces (32a, 32b); a reinforcing plate (40) stacked on the adjustment bracket (30); bead support units (42a, 42b) supporting a corner bead (20); a bead fastening nut (50) installed in the adjustment bracket (30); a drill hole (20h) formed in the corner bead (20); a bead fastening bolt (52) connecting the corner bead (20) and the adjustment bracket (30); wall surface coupling holes (34, 44) individually formed in the adjustment bracket (30) and the reinforcing plate (40); a plurality of adjustment nuts (60a, 60b, 60c) installed in the adjustment bracket (30); adjustment bolts (62a, 62b, 62c) individually coupled to the adjustment nuts (60a, 60b, 60c); a slide bracket (70) installed in the other side of a wall surface (24); and elastic hooks (72a, 72b) formed in an upper and a lower portion of the slide bracket (70).

본 발명은 코너비드를 벽면의 외측모서리에 수직으로 설치하는데 이용하는 건축용 코너비드 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 일측벽면(22)에 설치되는 조정브래킷(30); 조정브래킷(30)의 상하단부에서 일측벽면(22)으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 절곡되는 걸림편(32a)(32b); 조정브래킷(30)에 겹으로 적층되어 용접되는 보강판(40); 보강판(40)의 상하단부에서 조정브래킷(30)으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 절곡되어 코너비드(20)를 지지하는 비드지지부(42a)(42b); 조정브래킷(30)에 설치되는 비드고정너트(50); 비드고정너트(50)와 중심이 일치되도록 코너비드(20)에 형성되는 드릴홀(20h); 드릴홀(20h)을 통해 비드고정너트(50)에 결합되어 코너비드(20)와 조정브래킷(30)을 연결하는 비드고정볼트(52); 조정브래킷(30)과 보강판(40)에 각각 형성되는 벽면체결공(34)(44); 벽면체결공(34)(44)의 주변 조정브래킷(30)에 적어도 3군데 설치되는 복수의 조정너트(60a)(60b)(60c); 조정너트(60a)(60b)(60c)에 각각 결합되어 일측벽면(22)에서 반발하는 조정볼트(62a)(62b)(62c); 일측벽면(22)과 외측모서리(23)를 통해 만나는 타측벽면(24)에 설치되는 슬라이드브래킷(70); 슬라이드브래킷(70)의 상하부에 형성되어 걸림편(32a)(32b)에 각각 걸리는 탄성후크(72a)(72b)를 포함한다.
