Corner Bead Fastening Device for Construction
The present invention relates to a corner bead fixing device for a building that not only securely fixes a corner bead to a corner part of a building, but also flexibly responds to acute or obtuse corner angles of a building and facilitates installation of the corner bead. Its characteristic configuration comprises: a plurality of fixing plates installed opposite to the corner of the wall of the building, forming a plurality of fixing holes to which bolts are fastened in a portion corresponding to the wall, and forming a plurality of insertion grooves having a seating groove formed on the inner surface adjacent to the fixing hole and fixedly installed on the wall of the building; a plurality of coupling bars installed on the front surface of the fixing plate, inserted into and slid into the insertion groove at a portion corresponding to the fixing plate, and then provided to protrude by being fitted and coupled to the seating groove; a connection bar having a connecting ring protruding from the front surface opposite to the coupling bar and detachably coupled to the front surface of the fixing plate; a wrinkle unit formed in a ′L′ shape to surround the corner part of the wall of the building, and having elasticity provided in the part in close contact with the corner part of the wall; a plurality of connectors provided protruding from both side edges adjacent to the fixing plate; and a plurality of springs having one end connected to the connecting ring fixedly connected to the connector. The seating groove having a plurality of coupling holes is formed on the front surface of the wrinkle unit so that the corner bead is coupled, and it is configured to include a fastener installed in close contact with the corner portion of the wall through the elasticity of the spring fastened to the connection ring.
본 발명은 건축물의 코너부위에 코너비드를 견고하게 고정시킴은 물론이고, 건축물의 코너 예각 또는 둔각에도 유연하게 대응하며 코너비드의 설치를 용이하게 이룰 수 있도록 한 건축용 코너비드 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 그 특징적인 구성은, 건축물의 벽체 코너 부위를 기준으로 대향되게 설치되며, 벽체와 대응되는 부위에는 볼트가 체결되는 복수개의 고정공이 형성되고, 상기 고정공과 인접한 내측면에는 안착홈을 갖는 복수개의 삽입홈이 형성되어 건축물의 벽체에 고정 설치되는 복수개의 고정판과, 상기 고정판의 전면에 설치되며, 고정판과 대응되는 부위에는 상기 삽입홈에 삽입되어 슬라이딩 된 후 상기 안착홈에 끼움 결합되는 복수개의 결합바가 돌출 구비되고, 상기 결합바와 대향되는 전면에는 연결고리가 돌출 구비되어 상기 고정판의 전면에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 연결바와, 건축물의 벽체 코너 부위를 감싸도록 'ㄴ'자 형상으로 형성되며, 벽체의 코너 부위와 밀착되는 부위에는 탄성을 갖는 주름부가 마련되고, 상기 고정판과 인접한 양측 테두리부위에는 복수개의 연결구가 돌출 구비되며, 상기 연결구에는 상기 연결고리에 일단이 연결되는 복수개의 스프링이 고정되게 연결되고, 상기 주름부의 전면에는 코너비드가 결합되도록 복수개의 결합공을 갖는 안착홈이 형성되어 상기 연결고리에 체결되는 스프링의 탄성을 통하여 벽체의 코너 부위에 밀착되게 설치되는 고정구를 포함하여 구성된다.
