METHOD FOR REPAIRING WATERPROOFING LAYER ON ROOFTOP APPLYING MOISTURE EXHAUST PASSAGE
The present invention relates to a method for repairing a waterproofing layer on a rooftop applying a moisture guide path. The present invention comprises: a moisture guide path forming step of partially scraping the floor of the rooftop and constructing the moisture guide path to have a depth for accepting the moisture, confined in the lower part of an insulation layer, into the internal space of the moisture guide path; a moisture guide member setting step of arranging a moisture guide member into the internal space of the moisture guide path; an air vent installation step of installing air vents, communicating with the internal space of the moisture guide path, on the moisture guide path; and a finishing layer construction step of stacking a finishing layer on the floor of the rooftop after the air vent installation step is completed. The method for repairing a waterproofing layer on a rooftop applying a moisture guide path, having the above-described configuration, forms the moisture guide path, extended in a longitudinal direction, on the floor of the rooftop and installs the air vents on the upper part of the moisture guide path to horizontally move the moisture, distributed on the overall surface of the rooftop, via the moisture guide path and then discharge the moisture, thereby having excellent moisture removing efficiency and being capable of rapidly removing the moisture as much. In addition, the present invention scraps only a part of the floor for forming the moisture guide path without scraping all the floor of the rooftop, thereby preventing a construction size from growing larger, and accordingly maximizing reduction of the number of air vents as well as drastically lowering construction costs.
본 발명은 습기유도로를 적용한 옥상 방수층 보수공법에 관한 것이다. 이는, 옥상바닥을 부분적으로 걷어내어, 단열층 하부에 갇혀있는 습기를 그 내부공간으로 받아들일 수 있는 깊이의 습기유도로를 시공하는 습기유도로형성단계와; 상기 습기유도로의 내부공간에 습기유도부재를 배치하는 습기유도부재세팅단계와; 상기 습기유도로의 내부공간에 연통하는 탈기반을 습기유도로 상에 설치하는 탈기반설치단계와; 상기 탈기반설치단계가 완료된 후, 옥상 바닥면 상에 마감층을 적층성하는 마감층시공단계를 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 습기유도로를 적용한 옥상 방수층 보수공법은, 옥상 바닥에 길이방향으로 연장된 습기유도로를 형성하고 습기유도로 상부에 탈기반을 설치하여, 옥상 전체면에 걸쳐 분포하는 수분이 습기유도로를 통해 수평방향으로 이동한 후 탈기반을 거쳐 배기되도록 함으로써, 수분제거 효율이 매우 뛰어나고 수분을 그만큼 신속하게 제거할 수 있다. 또한, 옥상 바닥을 전체적으로 모두 걷어내는 것이 아니라, 습기유도로를 형성할 부분만 걷어내는 것이므로 공사규모가 커지지 않고 그에 따라 시공단가를 현저히 낮출 수 있음은 물론 탈기반의 사용 갯수도 최대한 줄일 수 있다.
