The present invention relates to a blocking device for blocking odor by being installed in a manhole. Especially, the odor blocking device improves a drainage structure so that a rotation board is opened automatically using a weight for drainage, and is closed automatically when drainage is completed. For the same, a floor plane of an enclosure is inclined for inpoured wastewater and rainwater to be cornered to one side, and a discharge hole is formed in the inclined side of the bottom plane eccentrically. A rotation plate which is divided into an opened part and a closed part by a level difference by a protrusion as being wider than the discharge hole is hinged to the drain hole for the center of gravity to lean to the closed part. The opened part of the rotation plate is located outside the bottom plane of the enclosure, and the closed part is located inside the bottom plate, so that the center of gravity of the rotation plate leans to the closed part to maintain a closed state in normal times. When the rainwater or the wastewater flow in and are collected around the opened part, the center of gravity moves to the opened part from the closed part, the opened part is opened, and then the inpoured waste water or the rainwater is discharged at a time.
본 발명은 맨홀에 설치되어 악취를 차단하는 차단장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 무게중량을 이용하여 회동판이 자동으로 열려져 배수되고 배수가 완료되면 자동으로 닫혀지도록 배수구조를 개선토록 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 함체의 바닥면을 유입된 오수 및 빗물이 한쪽 방향으로 몰리도록 경사지도록 하고, 상기 바닥면의 경사진 방향으로 편심되게 배출구를 형성하고, 상기 배출구에는 배출구보다 면적이 넓으면서 단턱에 의해 높이 단차로 개방부와 닫힘부로 구분된 회동판을 무게중심이 닫힘부쪽을 편중되도록 힌지결합하고, 상기 회동판의 개방부는 함체의 바닥면 외측에 위치토록 하고 닫힘부는 바닥면 내측에 위치토록 하여 평상시에 회동판의 무게중심이 닫힘부쪽으로 치우쳐 닫힘상태를 유지하고 있다가 빗물이나 오수가 유입되어 개방부쪽으로 고이게 되면서 무게중심이 닫힘부쪽보다 많게 되면 개방부가 오픈되어 유입된 오수 또는 빗물이 한번에 배출되도록 한 것이다.
