ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY FLOORING MATERIALS RESIN COMPOSITION AND FLOORING CONSTRUCTING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an environment-friendly urethane resin mortar lightweight flooring composition and a construction method thereof, and more particularly, to an environment-friendly urethane resin mortar lightweight flooring composition having reduced emission of contaminant and a less specific gravity so the lightweight can be realized, and to a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the composition is a mixture in which a resin main agent including 35-50 wt% of natural polyol composed of vegetable oils, 3-10 wt% of glycol, 2-5 wt% of an antifoaming agent and a defoamer agent, 1-5 wt% of an emulsifier, 15-25 wt% of a plasticizer, 5-10 wt% of an inorganic pigment, and 15-25 wt% of water; a curing agent composed of diphenylmethane diisocyanate; and a mortar including 15-30 wt% of Portland cement, 30-40 wt% of silica, 25-45 wt% of lightweight aggregate, and 1-10 wt% of lime are mixed, wherein the glycol is composed of one or more selected from ethylene glycol, propylene glycol or butylene glycol; the plasticizer is composed of a phthalate-free component; the diphenylmethane diisocyanate includes 30-32 wt% of NCO; and the lightweight aggregate includes soda-lime glass.
본 발명은 친환경 우레탄 레진 몰탈 경량 바닥재 조성물 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 오염물질의 방출이 적고 비중이 적어 경량화를 이룰 수 있는 친환경 우레탄 레진 몰탈 경량 바닥재 조성물 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 친환경 우레탄 레진 몰탈 경량 바닥재 조성물은, 식물성오일로 이루어진 천연폴리올 35~50wt%, 글리콜 3~10wt%, 소포제 및 탈포제 2~5wt%, 유화제 1~5wt%, 가소제 15~25wt%, 무기안료 5~10wt%, 물 15~25wt%로 구성된 수지주제와; 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로 구성된 경화제와; 포틀랜트시멘트 15~30wt%, 실리카 30~40wt%, 경량골재 25~45wt%, 석회 1~10wt%로 구성된 몰탈이 혼합되어 이루어지되, 상기 글리콜은 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜 중 어느 하나 이상으로 이루어지며, 상기 가소제는 무(無)프탈레이트 성분으로 이루어지고, 상기 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트는 NCO 함량이 30~32wt%이며, 상기 경량골재는 소다석회유리를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an environment-friendly urethane resin mortar lightweight flooring composition and a construction method thereof, and more particularly, to an environment-friendly urethane resin mortar lightweight flooring composition having reduced emission of contaminant and a less specific gravity so the lightweight can be realized, and to a construction method thereof. 본 발명은 친환경 우레탄 레진 몰탈 경량 바닥재 조성물 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 오염물질의 방출이 적고 비중이 적어 경량화를 이룰 수 있는 친환경 우레탄 레진 몰탈 경량 바닥재 조성물 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 친환경 우레탄 레진 몰탈 경량 바닥재 조성물은, 식물성오일로 이루어진 천연폴리올 35~50wt%, 글리콜 3~10wt%, 소포제 및 탈포제 2~5wt%, 유화제 1~5wt%, 가소제 15~25wt%, 무기안료 5~10wt%, 물 15~25wt%로 구성된 수지주제와; 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로 구성된 경화제와; 포틀랜트시멘트 15~30wt%, 실리카 30~40wt%, 경량골재 25~45wt%, 석회 1~10wt%로 구성된 몰탈이 혼합되어 이루어지되, 상기 글리콜은 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 부틸렌글리콜 중 어느 하나 이상으로 이루어지며, 상기 가소제는 무(無)프탈레이트 성분으로 이루어지고, 상기 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트는 NCO 함량이 30~32wt%이며, 상기 경량골재는 소다석회유리를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
