The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly polymer mortar flooring material composition comprising a flooring material composition for an undercoat comprising a two-component water-soluble polymer resin, and a flooring material composition for a top coat comprising a two-component water-soluble polymer resin and an inorganic binder. The two-component water-soluble polymer resin comprises: a main agent comprising a water-soluble epoxy resin, a surfactant, a performance-improving admixture, and water; and a curing agent comprising an amine compound and water. The performance-improving admixture comprises ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol diglycidyl ether, a silane compound represented by chemical formula 1, a thiol compound represented by chemical formula 2, and pullulan acetate microspheres. The inorganic binder comprises normal Portland cement, limestone fine powder, magnesium hydroxide, aluminum nitride, and silica. According to the present invention, the composition has excellent adhesion, excellent tear resistance due to lateral force, and has environmentally-friendly properties. In chemical formula 1, R is an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 0 to 5. In chemical formula 2, m is an integer of 1 or 2.
본 발명은 2액형 수용성 폴리머 수지를 포함하는 하도용 바닥재 조성물, 및 2액형 수용성 폴리머 수지와 무기계 결합재를 1: 0.5 내지 2 중량비율로 포함하는 상도용 바닥재 조성물을 포함하는 친환경 폴리머 모르타르 바닥재 조성물로서; 상기 2액형 수용성 폴리머 수지는 수용성 에폭시 수지 10 내지 50 중량%, 계면활성제 0.5 내지 10 중량%, 성능개선 혼화재 1 내지 20 중량% 및 잔량의 물을 포함하는 주제와; 아민 화합물 1 내지 30 중량% 및 잔량의 물을 포함하는 경화제를 2 내지 5: 1의 부피비율로 포함하는 것이고; 상기 성능개선 혼화재는 에틸렌 글리콜 디글리시딜 에테르 100 중량부에 대하여, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올디글리시딜에테르 10 내지 30 중량부, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 실란 화합물 1 내지 15 중량부, 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 티올 화합물 1 내지 15 중량부 및 풀루란 아세테이트 미립구 0.1 내지 5 중량부를 포함하는 것이고; 상기 무기계 결합재는 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트 100 중량부에 대하여, 석회석 미분말 10 내지 30 중량부, 수산화마그네슘 5 내지 15 중량부, 질화알루미늄 1 내지 10 중량부 및 규사 80 내지 120 중량부를 포함하는 것을 사용함으로써; 부착력이 우수하여, 들뜸, 박리 및 탈락을 방지할 수 있고, 횡력에 의한 찢김 저항성, 내충격성 및 내구성이 우수하며, 휘발성 유기 화합물을 사용하지 않고 유해한 중금속이 검출되지 않는 친환경 폴리머 모르타르 바닥재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 바닥재 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
