ECO-FRIENDLY FILLER FOR ARTIFICIAL GRASS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly filler for artificial grass and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention has the purpose of providing an eco-friendly filler for artificial grass, made of eco-friendly constituents and providing mothproof, antibiotic and water purifying functions, and a manufacturing method thereof. The eco-friendly filler for the artificial grass according to the present invention comprises: a molded body (110) containing 2-10 parts by weight of wheat seed powder or sunset hibiscus and 5-20 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of mixed powder composed of 50-65 wt% of natural powder and 35-50 wt% of inorganic powder; and a lacquer coating layer formed by covering the surface of the molded body (110) with a lacquer vanishing liquid or a lacquer coating liquid and performing heat treatment at a temperature of 150-500°C, wherein the natural powder is composed of 40-60 wt% of pine bark powder and 40-60 wt% of pine nut husk powder and the inorganic powder is manufactured to be mixed with one or more from clay, zeolite, and sericite.
본 발명은 인조잔디용 친환경 충진재와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 친환경 성분들로 이루어지고 방충, 항균 및 수질정화기능을 구비한 인조잔디용 친환경 충진재와 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인조잔디용 친환경 충진재는 천연분말 50∼65wt%, 무기분말 35∼50wt%로 이루어진 혼합분말 100 중량부에 대하여, 밀씨앗가루 또는 닥풀 2∼10 중량부, 물 5∼20중량부를 포함하는 성형체와, 상기 성형체(110)의 표면에 옻칠액 또는 옻코팅액이 도포된 후 150℃∼500℃로 열처리되어 형성된 옻코팅층을 포함하되, 상기 천연분말은 소나무껍질 분말 40∼60wt%, 잣껍질 분말 40∼60wt%로 이루어지고, 상기 무기분말은 점토 또는 제올라이트 또는 견운모 중 선택된 하나 이상이 혼합되도록 제조된다.
