Eco-friendly filler for artificial grass and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly filler for artificial grass and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly filler for artificial grass, which consists of natural components and has mothproof, antibacterial and water purification functions, and a manufacturing method thereof. The eco-friendly filler (10), which is filled by forming a filler layer (30) with the predetermined thickness on foaming paper (22) to be located between file yarn (21) of an artificial grass structure (20), comprises 8-15 wt% of tree balk powder, 8-15 wt% of zeolite, 3-8 wt% of lacquer powder or a lacquer liquid, 3-10 wt% of cinnamon powder, 15-25 wt% of calcium carbonate, 15-25 wt% of polyethylene (PE), 15-25 wt% of one or more elastic materials selected among SEBS, latex and silicon rubber and 5-15 wt% of oil.
본 발명은 인조잔디용 친환경 충진재와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 천연성분들로 이루어지고 방충, 항균 및 수질정화 기능을 구비한 인조잔디용 친환경 충진재와 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 인조잔디 구조체(20)의 파일사(21) 사이로 위치하도록 기포지(22)상에 소정두께의 충진재층(30)을 형성하며 충전되는 친환경 충진재(10)에 있어서, 친환경 충진재는 수피분말 8∼15wt%, 제올라이트 8∼15wt%, 옻분말 또는 옻액 3∼8wt%, 계피분말 3∼10wt%, 탄산칼슘 15∼25wt%, 폴리에틸렌(PE) 15∼25wt%, SEBS, 라텍스, 실리콘 고무 중 선택된 하나 이상의 탄성재 15∼25wt%, 오일 5∼15wt%를 포함한다.
