A PRESTRESSED DOUBLE-LAYERED WALE FOR BRACED WALLS
Disclosed is a pressed double-layered wale for a construction of a retaining wall, which comprises: a first layered member (100) which is an H-shaped steel and which comprises: a supporting wall plate (412) at both ends; a web (111) at the center; and a flange (112) on both sides; a second layered member (200) which is an H-shaped steel and which comprises: a supporting wall plate (512) at both ends; a web (211) at the center; and a flange (212) on both sides, where the external side surface of the flange (212) is attached to and fixated on an external side surface of the flange (112) of the first layered member (100); tension materials (310)(320) respectively installed in a longitudinal direction in the first layered member (100) and the second layered member (200); a fixing means for fixating both ends of the tension materials (310, 320) inside both ends of the first layered member (100) and the second layered member (200); and a pair of first auxiliary layered members (110) attached to and fixated on both ends of the first layered member (100) in a longitudinal direction, which is an H-shaped steel and which comprises: a supporting wall plate (412) at both ends; a web (111) at the center; and a flange (112) on both sides. The present invention is to secure stabilization of a soil wall in case of a digging construction of large high-rise buildings and to secure a sufficient work space by increasing the prestressed moment given to the double-layered wale.
흙막이 공사용 이중 프리스트레스에 의한 겹띠장 부재재가 개시된다. 양단의 지지벽판(412), 중앙의 웨브(111)와 양측 플랜지(112)를 가지는 H 형강인 제 1 띠장 부재(100)와, 양단의 지지벽판(512), 중앙의 웨브(211)와 양측 플랜지(212)를 가지는 H 형강으로서 그 플랜지(212)의 하나의 외측면이 제 1 띠장 부재(100)의 플랜지(112)의 하나의 외측면에 부착되어 고정되는 제 2 띠장 부재(200)와, 제 1 띠장 부재(100)와 제 2 띠장 부재(200)의 내부에 각각 길이방향으로 설치되는 긴장재(310)(320)와, 긴장재(310)(320)의 양단을 제 1 띠장 부재(100)와 제 2 띠장 부재(200)의 양단 내측에 각각 고정하는 고정수단 및 제 1 띠장 부재(100)의 양단에 길이방향으로 부착, 고정되고 양단의 지지벽판(412), 중앙의 웨브(111)와 양측 플랜지(112)를 가지는 H 형강인 한 쌍의 제 1 보조 띠장 부재(110)로 구성됨으로써, 겹띠장 부재재에 가해지는 프리스트레스 모멘트를 키워 대형화되고 고층화되는 건축물의 터파기 공사시 흙벽의 안정화를 꾀하고 충분한 작업공간을 확보할 수 있다.
