THE ROTARY SHOCK ABSORBER DEVICE FOR GUARDRAIL
The rotary shock absorber device for a guardrail of the present invention is a shock absorber device installed on a guardrail toward the side ditch of a road to prevent a vehicle, which is driving in a wrong direction, from breaking away from the road, which comprises: an assembly block having a shaft bearing plate on the front end and an inserting frame inserted into the fence on the rear; and a rotary shock absorber unit which comprises a rotating shaft inserted into the shaft bearing plate to rotate, a stop plate on the front surface, and a shock absorber plate in the stop plate. The rotary shock absorber unit collides with a vehicle. The rotary shock absorber unit rotates around the rotating shaft, and the whole stop plate lets the vehicle be supported. Simultaneously, the shock absorber plate and the guardrail fence relieve and absorb the shock.
본 발명은 도로의 측구 방향으로 설치되어 주행 중 진행방향을 잘못 잡은 차량이 차도 밖으로 이탈하는 것을 방지하는 가드 레일에 설치되는 완충 장치로써, 선단에 축받이판을 구비하고, 후방에 상기 펜스에 끼워지는 끼움틀이 구비된 조립 블록; 상기 축받이판에 끼워져 회전하는 회전축을 구비하고, 전면에는 정지판이 구비되며, 정지판 안쪽으로 완충판이 구비된 회전 완충부;로 구성되며, 상기 회전 완충부에 차량이 추돌하며, 이 회전 완충부가 회전축을 중심으로 회전하며 정지판 전체가 차량이 받치도록 하고, 동시에 완충판과 가드 레일 펜스가 충격을 완충 흡수토록 하는 기술적인 특징을 갖는 것으로 달성된다.
