The present invention relates to a recycled cold asphalt composition using alkali water-soluble polymer emulsion as an adhesive agent to improve physical and chemical adhesion between oyster shells which is an industrial residual product and waste asphalt-concrete as a filler; and a manufacturing method thereof. A recycled cold asphalt composition and a manufacturing method thereof including oyster shells which is an industrial residual product as a filler and an adhesive agent are easily paved at room temperature by satisfying a stability and a number of flow, and is economical while having high mechanical strength and stability.
본 발명은 채움재로 주요 산업부산물인 굴패각 분말과 상기 굴패각 분말과 폐아스콘의 물리 화학적 접착력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 알칼리 수용성 고분자 에멀젼을 점착조제로 사용되는 상온 재생아스팔트 조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 채움재로서 주요 산업부산물인 굴패각 분말과 점착 조제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 안정도와 흐름값을 통시에 만족하도록 함으로써 상온 포장이 용이하고，기계적 강도 및 안정성이 높으면서도 경제적인 상온 재생아스팔트 조성물 및 그의 제조방법을 제공한다.
