TWO COMPONENTS COATING COMPOSITION LANE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND ROAD LANE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a two-component lane coating composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a lane construction method and, more specifically, to a two-component lane coating composition having excellent durability, adhesion, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and thermal resistance (thermal barrier performance), having improved durability by having excellent adhesion to a road such as asphalt or the like, especially to asphalt and concrete pavement, and reducing curing time at room temperature, and to a lane construction method. The two-component lane coating composition comprises a main component including methyl methacrylate (MMA), an ethyl acrylate monomer (EAM), n-butyl acrylate (BA), n-butyl methacrylate (BMA), acrylic acid (AA), a core-shell powder having a structure of having a polymer surrounding the surface of silica (SiO_2), a pigment, ammonium persulfate, distilled water, and sodium metabisulfite; and a curing agent including benzoyl peroxide (BPO).
본 발명은 이액형 차선 도료 조성물, 그 제조방법 및 차선 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 내구성, 접착성능, 내마모성, 내약품성, 내열성(차열성능)이 우수하며, 아스팔트 등의 도로 특히, 아스팔트와 콘크리트 노면에 접착성이 우수하여 내구성이 향상되고, 상온에서 경화시간을 단축할 수 있는 이액형 차선 도료 조성물 및 차선 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
