COMPLEX GROUTING SYSTEM AND GROUTING CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREBY
The present invention provides a complex grouting system and a repair and reinforcement grouting construction method using the same. The present invention is to provide a new complex grouting system enabling grouting placement work even in a site by performing a placement work by supplying grouting and controlling a supply flow rate of the grouting. According to the present invention, the complex grouting system includes: a grouting device (10) pumping a grouting filler at a predetermined pressure; a grouting flowmeter (20) connected to the grouting device (10); a sensor unit (40) sensing a discharge rate of the grouting filler coming out through a supply hole of the grouting flowmeter (20); a control unit (30) controlling a pumped amount of the grouting filler by the grouting device (10) in accordance with the discharge rate of the grouting filler, which is detected in the sensor unit (40); a grouting nozzle (28) connected to the supply hole of the grouting flowmeter (20) by a connection line (CL); and a display (50) displaying the discharge amount of the grouting filler discharged from the grouting nozzle (28).
본 발명은 복합 기능 그라우팅 시스템 및 보수보강 그라우팅 공법을 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 복합 기능 그라우팅 시스템의 구성은 그라우팅 주입재를 소정 압력으로 펌핑하는 그라우팅 장비(10); 상기 그라우팅 장비(10)에 연결된 그라우팅 유량계(20); 상기 그라우팅 유량계(20)의 공급구를 통해 나오는 그라우팅 주입재의 토출량을 검출하는 센서부(40); 상기 센서부(40)에서 검출된 그라우팅 주입재의 토출량에 따라 상기 그라우팅 장비(10)에 의한 그라우팅 주입재의 펌핑량이 조절되도록 하는 제어부(30); 상기 그라우팅 유량계(20)의 상기 공급구에 연결 라인(CL)을 매개로 연결된 그라우팅 노즐(28); 상기 그라우팅 노즐(28)을 통해 토출되는 그라우팅 주입재의 토출량을 표시하는 디스플레이(50);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
