HORIZONTAL BEAM SUPPORTING BRACKET FOR TEMPORARY SOIL RETAINING WORK
The present invention relates to a horizontal beam supporting bracket for temporary sheathing facility construction, and the purpose of the present invention is to easily adjust a level and a gradient of the horizontal beam supporting bracket assembled to an H-beam pile for site conditions. In order to achieve this purpose, a temporary sheathing facility structure of the present invention comprises: a plurality of H-beam piles (10) vertically inserted into the ground; sheathing plates (20) fitted between adjacent H-beam piles (10); horizontal beam supporting brackets (60) assembled inside the plurality of H-beam piles (10); and horizontal beams (70) mounted on upper parts of the horizontal beam supporting brackets (60). In this regard, the horizontal beam supporting brackets (60) include: coupling plates (61) vertically assembled to side surfaces of the H-beam piles (10); vertical members (62) and cylindrical parts (62a), which extend from the coupling plates (61) in a horizontal direction; spherical members (63) arranged on upper parts of the cylindrical parts (62a); supporting members (64) arranged on upper parts of the spherical members (63) to support the spherical members (63); square rotary plates (65) arranged on upper parts of the supporting members (64) in a horizontal direction; and male screw parts (66) arranged on lower parts of the spherical members (63).
본 발명은 흙막이 가시설 공사의 수평보 지지 브라켓에 관한 것으로서, 현장 상황에 따라 H빔 파일에 조립된 수평보 지지 브라켓의 레벨 및 경사도를 용이하게 조절할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 지반에 수직으로 삽입되는 다수의 H빔 파일(Pile)(10)과, 서로 인접하는 H빔 파일(10) 사이에 끼워지는 흙막이 판(20)과, 상기 다수의 H빔 파일(10)의 안쪽에 조립되는 수평보 지지 브라켓(60)과, 상기 수평보 지지 브라켓(30)의 상부에 안착되는 수평보(70)를 포함하여 이루어지는 흙막이 가시설 구조에 있어서, 상기 띠장 지지 브라켓(60)은, 상기 H빔 파일(10)의 측면에 수직으로 조립되는 결합 플레이트(61)와, 상기 결합 플레이트(61)로부터 수평방향으로 연장되는 수직부재(62) 및 원통부(62a)와, 상기 원통부(62a)의 상부에 구비되는 구형부재(63)와, 상기 구형부재(63)의 상부에 구비되어 이를 지지하는 지지부재(64)와, 상기 지지부재(64)의 상부에 수평방향으로 구비되는 사각 형상의 회동 플레이트(60)와, 상기 구형부재(63)의 하부에 구비되는 수나사부(66)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a horizontal beam supporting bracket for temporary sheathing facility construction, and the purpose of the present invention is to easily adjust a level and a gradient of the horizontal beam supporting bracket assembled to an H-beam pile for site conditions. In order to achieve this purpose, a temporary sheathing facility structure of the present invention comprises: a plurality of H-beam piles (10) vertically inserted into the ground; sheathing plates (20) fitted between adjacent H-beam piles (10); horizontal beam supporting brackets (60) assembled inside the plurality of H-beam piles (10); and horizontal beams (70) mounted on upper parts of the horizontal beam supporting brackets (60). In this regard, the horizontal beam supporting brackets (60) include: coupling plates (61) vertically assembled to side surfaces of the H-beam piles (10); vertical members (62) and cylindrical parts (62a), which extend from the coupling plates (61) in a horizontal direction; spherical members (63) arranged on upper parts of the cylindrical parts (62a); supporting members (64) arranged on upper parts of the spherical members (63) to support the spherical members (63); square rotary plates (65) arranged on upper parts of the supporting members (64) in a horizontal direction; and male screw parts (66) arranged on lower parts of the spherical members (63).
