The present invention relates to a variable horizontal support device (100) configured to be opened or closed through the interlocking mechanism of a thread shaft (130), which can be rotated manually via a handle or automatically with an impact wrench, and an inner slide (140) that moves in a reciprocating manner. This device is positioned between fixed supports (110) and adjustable supports (120) mounted on a pair of horizontal beams (30). The design enables the maintenance of a horizontal orientation of piping (P) during the process of pulling or lifting it into a trench using a support rope, thereby preventing the piping (P) from tilting towards workers and reducing the risk of safety accidents due to falling or collision. Furthermore, the horizontal support device (100) can be standardized for rapid and precise installation or removal, minimizing the risk of accidents caused by instability in the fastening state, such as falls or collapses.
본 발명은 좌우 한 쌍의 수평보(30)에 각각 설치되는 고정서포트(110)와 조절서포트(120)의 사이 통로를 수동으로 조작되는 핸들 또는 자동으로 조작되는 임팩트 렌치에 의해 정역 회전되는 스레드샤프트(130)와 전후진되는 인너슬라이드(140)의 상호 연동에 의해서 폐쇄 또는 개방하도록 가변되는 수평버팀장치(100)로 구성되어 있기 때문에 배관(P)을 보조로프에 걸어서 트렌치 내부로 인입 또는 인양하는 과정에서 배관(P)이 수평버팀장치(100)에 걸리지 않도록 수평을 유지할 수 있으므로 배관(P)이 작업자를 향해 기울어져 낙하 또는 충돌하는 안전사고를 예방할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 또한 수평버팀장치(100)의 설치 또는 철거가 신속 정확하게 이루어지도록 규격화할 수 할 수 있으므로 체결상태 불안정으로 인한 낙하 또는 붕괴사고를 예방할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
