ARCH STRUCTURE USING CORRUGATED STEEL PLATE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
Provided by the present invention is an arch structure using a corrugated steel plate, which comprises: an internal assembly (100) which is formed in an arch structure by multiple assembling operations for an internal corrugated steel plate (110) having a plurality of circular coupling holes (111) so that a cross section in a longitudinal direction forms a wave pattern; a waterproof layer (200) which is formed by coating the outer surface of the internal assembly (100) with a waterproof material; an external assembly (300) which is installed to cover the outer surface of the waterproof layer (200) by multiple assembling operations for an external corrugated steel plate (310) penetrated with a plurality of long hole type coupling holes (311) so that a cross section in a longitudinal direction forms a wave pattern; and a plurality of coupling members (400) which is combined with the circular coupling holes (111) and the long hole type coupling holes (311) in order to form a mutual coupling of internal corrugated steel plates (110), a mutual coupling of external corrugated steel plates (310), and a coupling between the internal assembly (100) and the external assembly (300). By the above composition, the present invention is able to: correct construction errors caused by a curvature difference between the internal corrugated steel plate and the external corrugated steel plate even if a construction is performed by overlapping the plurality of corrugated steel plates; and solve waterproofing problems caused by perforation works.
본 발명은 길이방향 단면이 파형을 이루도록, 다수의 원형 결합공(111)이 관통형성된 내부 파형강판(110) 복수의 조립에 의해 아치형 구조로 형성된 내부 조립체(100); 상기 내부 조립체(100)의 외면에 대한 방수재의 도포에 의해 형성된 방수층(200); 길이방향 단면이 파형을 이루도록, 다수의 장공형 결합공(311)이 관통형성된 외부 파형강판(310) 복수의 조립에 의해 상기 방수층(200)의 외면을 덮도록 설치된 외부 조립체(300); 상기 복수의 내부 파형강판(110) 상호의 결합, 상기 복수의 외부 파형강판(310) 상호의 결합 및 상기 내부 조립체(100)와 외부 조립체(300)의 결합을 이루도록, 상기 원형 결합공(111) 및 장공형 결합공(311)에 공통으로 결합한 다수의 체결부재(400);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형강판을 이용한 아치 구조물을 제시함으로써, 복수의 파형강판을 겹쳐서 시공하는 경우라도, 내부 파형강판과 외부 파형강판 상호의 곡률의 상이함에 따른 시공오차를 보정할 수 있고, 타공에 따른 방수문제를 해소할 수 있도록 한다.
