SOLAR PANEL AUTO CLEANING ROBOT APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a robot apparatus for cleaning solar panels. More specifically, the robot apparatus for cleaning solar panels which cleans the solar panels comprises: a cleaning robot which removes foreign substances settled on the solar panels while moving along the solar panels; and a manipulator which is mounted on a transfer means to safely settle the cleaning robot on the solar panel and to supply water and power. According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the robot apparatus for cleaning solar panels, the manipulator includes a fixing frame mounted on the transfer means, a robot arm which extends from the fixing frame, and of which one portion is vertically movable by joint movement caused by a driving apparatus, and an infrared camera which measures the length and slope of the solar panel; and the cleaning robot which is settled on the solar cell panel by the manipulator. The cleaning robot includes: a movable frame which includes a pair of guide shafts located in parallel with one side and the other side thereof, and reciprocates in the longitudinal direction of the solar panel by an operating motor; a moving body unit which reciprocates along the guide shafts of the movable frame by a rotary motor; a contamination checking unit which is mounted on one side of the moving body unit to measure the pollution level of the surfaces of the solar panel; detection sensors installed at each edge of the moving body unit to sense the location of the cleaning robot; and a cleaning unit mounted on the other side of the moving body unit to clean pollutants on the surfaces of the solar panel.
본 발명은 태양전지 패널 청소로봇장치에 관한 것으로, 더 구체적으로 태양전지 패널을 따라 이동하면서 태양전지 패널 표면 위에 있는 이물질을 제거하는 청소로봇 및 청소로봇을 태양전지 패널에 안전하게 안착시키고 물과 전원을 보급하며 이동수단에 탑재되는 매니퓰레이터를 포함하여 이루어지는 태양전지 패널 청소로봇장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 태양전지 패널 청소로봇장치는 태양전지 패널을 청소하는 태양전지 패널 청소로봇장치에 있어서, 이동수단에 장착되어 있는 고정프레임과, 고정프레임에 연장되어 구동장치에 의해 관절 운동으로 일측이 상하좌우 이동이 가능한 로봇팔과, 태양전지 패널의 길이 및 경사도 등을 측정하는 적외선 카메라를 구비하는 매니퓰레이터와; 매니퓰레이터에 의해 태양전지 패널에 안착되는 청소로봇;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 청소로봇은, 태양전지 패널의 일측과 타측에 평행하게 위치하는 한 쌍의 가이드축을 구비하고 태양전지 패널의 길이 방향으로 가동모터에 의해 왕복 운동하는 가동프레임과; 가동프레임의 가이드축을 따라 회전모터에 의해 왕복 운동하는 이동몸체부와; 이동몸체부 일측에 탑재되어 상기 태양전지 패널 표면의 오염도를 측정하는 오염검사부와; 이동몸체부의 각 모서리에 설치되어 위치를 감지하는 감지센서와; 이동몸체부 타측에 탑재되어 상기 태양전지 패널 표면의 오염물질을 청소하는 클리닝부;를 제공한다.
