STEEL REINFORCEMENT HOLDER FOR CONCRETE MOLD
The present invention relates to a brand new structure of a steel reinforcement holder for a concrete mold, capable of accurately fixating a steel reinforcement arranged inside a mold to manufacture a PC block. A steel reinforcement holder for a concrete mold according to an embodiment of the present invention is able to fixate both ends of the steel reinforcement (2) by comprising: a fixation pipe (10) which has an open pipe-shaped rear end unit coupled to the outer side of an end of the steel reinforcement (2), has a latch (13) to be latched by the inner surface of the mold (1) on the outer circumference of the rear end unit thereof, and is coupled to through-holes (1a) to be extended from the inside the mold (1) to the outside of the mold (1); and a fixation cap (20) screw-coupled with the outer periphery of the fixation pipe (10) outside the mold (1) to make the fixation pipe (10) fixated to the mold (1). As such, the present invention has advantages of preventing separation of the both ends of the steel reinforcement (2) from a wanted location due to the weight of the steel reinforcement (2) or the concrete (3) poured into the mold (1).
본 발명은 PC블록을 제작하기 위한 거푸집의 내부에 배근되는 철근을 정확히 고정할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 콘크리트 거푸집용 철근고정구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 거푸집용 철근고정구는 후단부가 개방된 관체형태로 구성되어 상기 철근(2)의 단부 외측에 결합되며 후단부 외주면에는 상기 거푸집(1)의 내측면에 걸리는 걸림턱(13)이 형성되어 상기 거푸집(1)의 내측에서 외측으로 연장되도록 상기 관통공(1a)에 결합된 고정관체(10)와, 상기 거푸집(1)의 외측에서 상기 고정관체(10)의 외측둘레부에 나사결합되어 고정관체(10)가 거푸집(1)에 고정되도록 하는 고정캡(20)으로 구성되어, 상기 철근(2)의 양단이 정확한 위치에 고정되도록 할 수 있다. 따라서, 철근(2)의 자중이나 거푸집(1)에 타설되는 콘크리트(3)에 의해 철근(2)이 휘어지거나 유동되어, 철근(2)의 양단이 정확히 위치되지 못하게 되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 발명은 PC블록을 제작하기 위한 거푸집의 내부에 배근되는 철근을 정확히 고정할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 콘크리트 거푸집용 철근고정구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 거푸집용 철근고정구는 후단부가 개방된 관체형태로 구성되어 상기 철근(2)의 단부 외측에 결합되며 후단부 외주면에는 상기 거푸집(1)의 내측면에 걸리는 걸림턱(13)이 형성되어 상기 거푸집(1)의 내측에서 외측으로 연장되도록 상기 관통공(1a)에 결합된 고정관체(10)와, 상기 거푸집(1)의 외측에서 상기 고정관체(10)의 외측둘레부에 나사결합되어 고정관체(10)가 거푸집(1)에 고정되도록 하는 고정캡(20)으로 구성되어, 상기 철근(2)의 양단이 정확한 위치에 고정되도록 할 수 있다. 따라서, 철근(2)의 자중이나 거푸집(1)에 타설되는 콘크리트(3)에 의해 철근(2)이 휘어지거나 유동되어, 철근(2)의 양단이 정확히 위치되지 못하게 되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
