The present invention relates to a fixture for a concrete pile mold, capable of connecting an upper mold flange and a lower mold flange of a concrete mold for forming a concrete pile. The fixture for a concrete pile mold comprises: a bolt assembly (100) mounted on a flange (310) of an upper mold (300); and a nut assembly (200) mounted on a flange (410) of a lower mold (400). In the bolt assembly (100), a bolt (110) is composed of a head part (111) and a shank part (112). A spiral fastening part (113) is formed in a lower end of the shank part (112). A protrusion ring (114) is formed in a center point of the shank part (112). A housing (120) is formed in a cylindrical shape. A hollow part (121) is formed in the housing (120). A spring (130) is inserted into the hollow part (121) of the housing (120) to be supported by a step part (122) formed in a lower end of the housing (120). The protrusion ring (114) of the bolt (110) is supported by the spring (130) by inserting the shank part (111) of the bolt (110) into the hollow part (121) of the housing (120). On an outer circumferential surface of the housing (120), a pair of pinholes (123) are perforated to be perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the housing (120) in order to be close to an upper end (124) of the housing (120). The protrusion ring (114) of the bolt (110) is hooked on a pin (140) inserted into pinhole (123). The present invention is able to prevent elasticity of a spring from being easily deformed by an external environment.
본 발명은 콘크리트 파일을 성형하기 위한 콘크리트 거푸집의 상부 몰드 플랜지와 하부 몰드 플랜지를 서로 체결하는 콘크리트 파일 거푸집용 고정구에 관한 것으로서, 상부 몰드(300)의 플랜지(310)에 장착되는 볼트 어셈블리(100)와, 하부 몰드(400)의 플랜지(410)에 장착되는 너트 어셈블리(200)로 구성된 콘크리트 파일 거푸집용 고정구에 있어서, 상기 볼트 어셈블리(100)는 볼트(110)가 헤드부(111)와 자루부(112)로 구성되고, 자루부(112)의 하단에 나선 체결부(113)가 형성되고, 자루부(112)의 중간 지점에 돌기링(114)이 형성되며, 하우징(120)이 원통 형상으로 형성되고, 하우징(120)에 중공부(121)가 형성되며, 하우징(120)의 중공부(121)에 스프링(130)이 인입되어, 스프링(130)이 하우징(120)의 하단에 형성된 단턱부(122)에 지지되고, 하위징(120)의 중공부(121)에 볼트(110)의 자루부(111)가 끼워져, 볼트(110)의 돌기링(114)이 스프링(130)에 의해 지지되고, 하우징(120)의 외주면에 한 쌍의 핀구멍(123)이 천공되어, 핀구멍(123)이 하우징(120)의 상단(124)에 근접하게 하우징(120)의 길이 방향에 직각으로 천공되고, 핀구멍(123)에 끼워진 핀(140)에 볼트(110)의 돌기링(114)이 걸리는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a fixture for a concrete pile mold, capable of connecting an upper mold flange and a lower mold flange of a concrete mold for forming a concrete pile. The fixture for a concrete pile mold comprises: a bolt assembly (100) mounted on a flange (310) of an upper mold (300); and a nut assembly (200) mounted on a flange (410) of a lower mold (400).
