APPARATUS FOR RESTRAINING HORIZONTAL-VERTICAL MOVEMENT OF WIDE SLEEPER AND SLAB PANEL, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR THE SAME
Provided are an apparatus for restraining horizontal-vertical movement of a wide sleeper and a slab panel, and a construction method thereof. The apparatus of the present invention can suppress direct impact applied to the wide sleeper and the slab panel by installing a horizontal-vertical movement restraint device at an edge of the wide sleeper and the slab panel, and can minimize damage to the wide sleeper and the slab panel. Moreover, the apparatus of the present invention can realize slimness of a cross section of a center part of the wide sleeper and the slab panel by installing the horizontal-vertical movement restraint device at the edge of the wide sleeper and the slab panel, and can replace the horizontal-vertical movement restraint device easily during maintenance due to damage to the wide sleeper and the slab panel. The apparatus of the present invention includes: a base plate (110) which is arranged at the edge of the wide sleeper or the slab panel (200), wherein a rail vertical movement restraint part (120) and a horizontal movement restraint part (130) are formed to be bent; a vertical movement restraint spring (170) which is arranged on an upper plane of the wide sleeper or the slab panel (200) or on the base plate (110) to restrain vertical movement of the wide sleeper or the slab panel (200); a spring fixing bracket (140) to fix the vertical movement restraint spring (170) arranged on the base plate (110); a base plate fastening member (150) to fix the base plate (110) on a concrete roadbed or an asphalt roadbed (300); and a fixing bracket fastening member (160) to fix the spring fixing bracket (140) on the base plate (110).
