The present invention comprises: a main housing having a through-hole; a pair of housings having a fastening hole corresponding to the through-hole and provided to both side ends of the main housing to enable the main housing to be rotated; an annular rod penetrated by the through-hole, wherein portions of each side end of the annular rod are inserted into the fastening hole; and a friction member provided to surround a portion of an outer surface of the annular rod.
본 발명은 관통공이 형성된 메인하우징; 상기 관통공에 대응되는 체결공이 형성되며, 상기 메인하우징이 회동가능하도록 메인하우징의 양측단에 구비되는 한 쌍의 하우징; 상기 관통공에 관통되고, 체결공에 양측단 각각의 일부분이 인입되는 환봉; 상기 환봉의 겉면 일부를 감싸도록 구비되는 마찰부재;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
