The present invention is technically characterized by comprising: a main housing having a through hole formed therethrough; a pair of housings disposed at both ends of the main housing such that the main housing is allowed to rotate, each of the housings having a coupling hole formed therethrough, which corresponds to the through hole; a round rod passing through the through hole, and partially inserted into the coupling holes at both ends thereof respectively; and a friction member arranged to cover a part of the outer surface of the round rod.
La présente invention est techniquement caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : un logement principal ayant un trou traversant formé à travers ce dernier ; une paire de logements disposés au niveau des deux extrémités du logement principal de telle sorte que le logement principal peut tourner, chacun des logements ayant un trou de couplage formé à travers ce dernier, qui correspond au trou traversant ; une tige ronde passant à travers le trou traversant, et partiellement insérée dans les trous de couplage au niveau des deux extrémités de ces derniers, respectivement ; et un élément de frottement conçu pour recouvrir une partie de la surface externe de la tige ronde.
