CONSTRUCTION PROCESS OF BUILDING FINISHING MATERIAL INCLUDED DIATOMITE
The present invention relates to a construction method for a construction finishing material containing diatomite, which is in a new method capable of improving decoration effect and preventing environmentally friendly effect by diatomite from being reduced as a porous structure of the diatomite is not damaged. According to the present invention, the construction method for a construction finishing material containing diatomite includes: a step of preparing a powder construction finishing material containing the diatomite; a step of mixing water into the construction finishing material to make paste of the liquid construction finishing material; a step of preprocessing a surface to be constructed such as removing foreign substances stained on the surface to be constructed; a step of forming a finishing layer by spraying the construction finishing material formed as the liquid paste on the surface to be constructed; and a step of drying the finishing layer.
본 발명은 규조토의 다공구조가 손상되지 않기 때문에 규조토에 의한 친환경적인 효과가 감소되지 않으며, 장식효과도 높일 수 있는 새로운 방식의 규조토 함유 건축마감재의 시공방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 규조토가 포함된 분말상 건축마감제를 준비하는 과정; 상기 건축마감제에 물을 혼합하여 건축마감제를 액상으로 반죽하는 과정; 피시공면에 묻은 이물질을 제거하는 등 피시공면을 전처리하는 과정; 상기 액상으로 반죽된 건축마감재를 상기 피시공면에 스프레이도포하여 마감층을 형성하는 과정; 및 상기 마감층을 건조시키는 과정;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 규조토 함유 건축마감제의 시공방법이 제공된다.
