MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF EXPANDED VERMICULITE BY BURNUP CONTROL OF ROTARY KILN
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing expanded vermiculite by using a rotary kiln. In the apparatus for manufacturing expanded vermiculite by using a rotary kiln to manufacture expanded vermiculite by inputting vermiculite into a combustion chamber heated by a combustion burner, the combustion burner is provided with a fuel supply unit for supplying fuel at the center thereof to induce incomplete combustion of fuel to form inner fire of the combustion burner, and is provided with an air supply unit for supplying the air at the peripheral portion of the fuel supply unit to induce complete combustion of fuel to form outer fire of the combustion burner, and the amounts of air supplied to the fuel supply unit and the air supply unit are independently adjusted. According to the present invention, the apparatus for expanding vermiculite by using a rotary kiln, the amount of air supplied to the combustion burner of the rotary kiln is adjusted, and incomplete combustion and complete combustion of fuel are simultaneously embodied, to satisfy the optimal condition for length of flame and temperature of flame in the combustion chamber, thereby supplying expanded vermiculite with excellent heat efficiency and expansion rate.
본 발명은 로타리 킬른을 이용한 팽창질석 제조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 연소버너에 의해 가열된 연소실 내부로 질석이 투입되어 팽창질석을 제조하는 로타리 킬른을 이용한 팽창질석 제조 장치에 있어서, 상기 연소버너는, 중심부에는 연료를 공급하기 위한 연료공급부가 형성되어 연료의 불완전연소를 유도하여 연소버너의 속불을 형성하고, 상기 연료공급부 주변부로는 공기를 공급하기 위한 공기공급부가 형성되어 연료의 완전연소를 유도하여 연소버너의 겉불을 형성하되, 상기 연료공급부 및 공기공급부에 공급되는 공기의 양을 독립적으로 조절하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리 킬른의 연소도 조절에 의한 팽창질석 제조 장치를 기술적 요지로 한다. 이에 의해 본 발명은 로타리 킬른을 이용하여 질석을 팽창시키는 장치로서, 로타리 킬른의 연소버너로 공급되는 공기의 양을 조절하여, 연료의 불완전 연소와 완전 연소를 동시에 구현함으로써, 연소실 내부의 화염의 길이 및 화염의 온도에 대한 최적 조건을 만족하도록 설계되어, 열효율 및 팽창율이 우수한 팽창질석을 공급하는 이점이 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing expanded vermiculite by using a rotary kiln. 본 발명은 로타리 킬른을 이용한 팽창질석 제조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 연소버너에 의해 가열된 연소실 내부로 질석이 투입되어 팽창질석을 제조하는 로타리 킬른을 이용한 팽창질석 제조 장치에 있어서, 상기 연소버너는, 중심부에는 연료를 공급하기 위한 연료공급부가 형성되어 연료의 불완전연소를 유도하여 연소버너의 속불을 형성하고, 상기 연료공급부 주변부로는 공기를 공급하기 위한 공기공급부가 형성되어 연료의 완전연소를 유도하여 연소버너의 겉불을 형성하되, 상기 연료공급부 및 공기공급부에 공급되는 공기의 양을 독립적으로 조절하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리 킬른의 연소도 조절에 의한 팽창질석 제조 장치를 기술적 요지로 한다. 이에 의해 본 발명은 로타리 킬른을 이용하여 질석을 팽창시키는 장치로서, 로타리 킬른의 연소버너로 공급되는 공기의 양을 조절하여, 연료의 불완전 연소와 완전 연소를 동시에 구현함으로써, 연소실 내부의 화염의 길이 및 화염의 온도에 대한 최적 조건을 만족하도록 설계되어, 열효율 및 팽창율이 우수한 팽창질석을 공급하는 이점이 있다.
