APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING PEARLITE AND EXPANDED VERMICULITE
The present invention discloses a perlite and expanded vermiculite manufacturing apparatus. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the perlite and expanded vermiculite manufacturing apparatus includes: a fire furnace having an inner space and having an outlet formed at a floor surface of one side of the inner space; a screw conveyor transporting a ground gemstone to a floor surface of the other side of the inner space; a microwave generating unit preheating the fire furnace; and a plasma burner provided at one side of the fire furnace, spraying a plasma flame into the inner space, expanding the preheated gemstone, and releasing the same to the outlet, thereby being excellent in energy efficiency and generating less dust in comparison with a conventional perlite and expanded vermiculite manufacturing apparatus.
본 문건은 펄라이트 및 팽창 질석 제조 장치를 개시한다. 실시예에 따른 장치는, 내부 공간을 구비하되, 상기 내부 공간의 일측 바닥면에 배출구가 형성된 소성로; 상기 내부 공간의 타측 바닥면으로 분쇄된 원석을 이송하는 스크류 컨베이어; 상기 소성로를 예열하는 마이크로웨이브 발생유닛; 및, 상기 소성로의 일측에 구비되고, 상기 내부 공간으로 플라즈마 화염을 분사하여, 예열된 원석을 팽창시킴과 동시에, 상기 배출구로 날려보내는 플라즈마 버너;를 포함하며, 실시예에 따른 장치는, 종래의 펄라이트 및 팽창 질석 제조 장치에 비하여, 에너지 효율이 우수하며, 적은 양의 분진을 발생시킨다.

The present invention discloses a perlite and expanded vermiculite manufacturing apparatus.
