METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC RAZOR BLADE BY INJECTION MOLDING
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic razor blade using an injection molding method while having economic efficiency. The ceramic razor blade manufactured by the method of the present invention has an excellent cutting force, reduced weight, and hygienic since the ceramic razor blade is made of ceramic of fine particles and is easily manufactured using an injection molding method to reduce manufacturing costs as compared with the existing steel razor blade or the existing ceramic razor blade made by using a press molding method. Moreover, a core unit of the ceramic razor blade has high hardness and a surface of the ceramic razor blade has high toughness. Therefore, the present invention can restrain surface damage while maintaining overall high strength of the razor blade and removes structural non-uniformity inside the razor blade to prevent bending of the razor blade.
본 발명은 사출성형방법을 이용하여 경제성 있게 세라믹 면도날을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법으로 제조되는 세라믹 면도날은 균일한 미세입자의 세라믹으로 제조되므로 절삭력이 우수하고 가볍고 위생적이며, 사출성형방식으로 용이하게 제작할 수 있어서 종래의 철 재질의 면도날이나 가압성형방식의 세라믹 면도날에 비하여 제조비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 또한 세라믹 면도날의 심부에서는 경도가 높고 표면에서는 인성이 높으므로 면도날 전체의 강도를 높게 유지하면서 표면 파손을 억제할 수 있고 면도날 내부의 구조적 불균일을 해소하여 밴딩현상을 방지할 수 있다.
