The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic ice skate blade through injection molding. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps: selecting high-purity ceramic raw material fine powder, and drying; then putting the fine powder, a plasticizer, a lubricant and a dispersing agent together, and mixing in a pug mill to obtain uniform plastic clay; injecting the plastic green body into a mold designed according to the shrinkage rate through an injection machine, and controlling the flowability and mold filling capacity of the green body in the mold by controlling the injection pressure and the injection temperature, so as to obtain the ceramic ice skate blade of which the shape and the size meet the requirements; opening the mold and taking out the injected ice skate blade, and firing the ice skate blade in a furnace body; and after firing is finished, cooling to room temperature, and removing flaws to obtain the ceramic ice skate blade. The manufacturing method has the beneficial effects that the manufacturing efficiency and quality of the ceramic ice skate blade can be effectively improved; the product is stable in quality and has good wear resistance, hardness and thermal conductivity; few waste materials are generated in the manufacturing process, and environmental protection is facilitated.
本发明涉及一种注射成型制造陶瓷冰刀的方法。采用的技术方案是:包括以下步骤:选用高纯度的陶瓷原料细粉,并进行干燥处理;然后将上述细粉和增塑剂、润滑剂及分散剂放在一起,放入练泥机混合,获得均匀一致的塑泥;之后将上述塑性坯体通过注射机注入按照收缩率设计的模具中,通过控制注射压力和注射温度,控制坯体在模具中的流动性和充型能力,从而得到形状和尺寸符合要求的陶瓷冰刀;将注射后的冰刀,开模取出后,在炉体内烧制;待烧制完成,冷却到室温后,去除瑕疵既完成陶瓷冰刀。本发明的有益效果:可以有效提高陶瓷冰刀的制造效率和质量;产品质量稳定,具有良好的耐磨性、硬度以及导热性;制造过程中产生的废料少,有利于环保。
