METHOD FOR REPAIRING REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE IMPROVED CHLORIDE IONTOPHORETIC RESISTENCE AND ANTICORROSIVE
The present invention provides a method for repairing and reinforcing a reinforced concrete structure with improved chloride ion penetration resistance and corrosion resistance. The method for repairing and reinforcing a reinforced concrete structure with improved chloride ion penetration resistance and corrosion resistance comprises: a step of chipping and washing a reinforced concrete structure to be repaired; a step of removing rust from a rebar in the reinforced concrete structure; a step of installing a reinforcing material on the reinforced concrete structure; a step of coating the reinforced concrete structure with an alkalizing agent; a step of coating the reinforced concrete structure coated with the alkalizing agent with primer; and a step of depositing repair mortar on the primer to bury the reinforcing material and the reinforced concrete structure.
본 발명은 보수대상이 되는 철근콘크리트 구조물을 치핑(chipping) 및 세정하는 단계; 상기 철근콘크리트 구조물 내의 철근에서 녹을 제거하는 단계; 상기 철근콘크리트 구조물에 보강재를 설치하는 단계;상기 철근콘크리트 구조물에 알카리부여제를 도포하는 단계; 상기 알카리부여제가 도포된 상기 철근콘크리트 구조물 상에 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 보강재와 철근콘크리트 구조물이 매립되도록 상기 프라이머 상에 보수몰탈을 타설하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화물 이온침투 저항성 및 방청성이 향상된 철근콘크리트 구조물 보수보강공법을 제공하는 것이다.
