DEPARTURE PREVENTION APPARATUS OF THE ELEVATOR DOOR
An apparatus to prevent an elevator door from being separated comprises: a separation prevention hole formed at one side of a rail groove to effectively perform a separation prevention function regardless of a foreign material inserted into the rail groove of a rail frame in a process to open and close the elevator door; a mounting hole formed by being penetrated on a mounting bracket of the door shoe of a position corresponding to the separation prevention hole; and a locking means to prevent the separation by being inserted and expanded by an elastic force when the locking means is located on the mounting hole and the separation prevention hole and to be contracted by being separated from the separation prevention hole in the sliding of the door according to the open of the door. Therefore, the apparatus has an effect to obtain high safety and to smoothly perform the separation prevention function regardless of the foreign material stacked on the rail groove.
엘리베이터 도어가 개폐되는 과정에서 레일 프레임의 레일 홈으로 유입되는 이물질에 상관없이 이탈방지 기능이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 레일 홈의 일측면에 형성되는 이탈방지공; 상기 이탈방지공과 대응되는 위치의 상기 도어 슈의 장착 브래킷 상에 관통되게 형성되는 장착공; 및 상기 장착공 상에 상기 이탈방지공에 위치하였을 때는 탄성에 의해 팽창되면서 삽입되어 이탈을 방지하고, 상기 도어 개방에 따른 도어의 슬라이딩시에는 상기 이탈방지공으로부터 이탈되면서 수축되는 록킹수단;을 포함하는 엘리베이터 도어의 이탈방지장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 높은 안전성을 확보할 수 있을 뿐만아니라 레일 홈으로 쌓이는 이물질에 상관없이 이탈방지 기능을 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
