SEPARATION PREVENTION APPARATUS OF ELEVATOR DOOR
The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent an elevator door from being dislodged, which is capable of preventing not only a bottom part of a landing door of an elevator but also a side part of the door, which is relatively weak, from being dislodged with the medium of a lock member placed on the bottom end of the elevator door and a constraining member placed on a side surface of the elevator door. To this end, according to the present invention, the apparatus to prevent the elevator door from dislodging comprises: a pair of fixing brackets in a pipe shape installed within a guide groove formed on a floor surface to guide the bottom end unit side of the landing door of the elevator; and a lock member whose one end unit has a sharp hanging unit, which protrudes, mounted on the bottom end of each landing door of the elevator. When the landing door is closed, the hanging unit of the lock member is inserted into an open inside of the fixing brackets to be constrained. At a point with a certain height of an external side end of each landing door mounted is a side surface constraining member constrained by an opening unit of a side jamb when the landing door is closed. The constraining member comprises: a combination unit which has a pair of long holes on a square plate-shaped body to be mounted on an external side end of each landing door; and a hanging unit bent and formed as one body on one end of the combination unit to make ㄷ-shaped flat surface.
본 발명은 엘리베이터 도어의 이탈방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 엘리베이터의 승장도어 하단에 구비된 잠금부재 및 승장도어의 측면에 구비된 이탈방지부재를 매개로 도어 하측부분의 이탈뿐만 아니라 상대적으로 취약한 도어의 측면부분의 이탈도 방지할 수 있도록 한 엘리베이터 도어의 이탈방지 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 엘리베이터 도어의 이탈방지 장치는, 엘리베이터 승장도어의 하단부 측이 가이드 되도록 바닥면에 형성된 가이드 홈 내에는 파이프 형태를 갖는 한 쌍의 고정브라켓트가 설치되고, 각 승장도어의 하단에는 일단부에 뾰족한 형태의 걸림부가 돌출 형성된 잠금부재가 장착되어, 해당 승장도어의 폐쇄 시 상기 잠금부재의 걸림부가 상기 고정브라켓트의 개방된 내부에 삽입되면서 단속되도록 구성되는 한편, 상기 각 승장도어 외측단의 일정 높이를 갖는 지점에는 해당 승장도어의 폐쇄 시 측면 잼(JAMB)의 개방구에 단속되는 측면 이탈방지부재가 각각 장착되되, 상기 이탈방지부재는 사각판 형태의 몸체에 한 쌍의 장공이 형성되어 상기 각 승장도어의 외측단에 장착되는 결합부와, 상기 결합부의 일단에 그 평면이 "ㄷ" 형상을 이루도록 일체로 절곡 형성된 걸림부를 포함하여 구성된다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus to prevent an elevator door from being dislodged, which is capable of preventing not only a bottom part of a landing door of an elevator but also a side part of the door, which is relatively weak, from being dislodged with the medium of a lock member placed on the bottom end of the elevator door and a constraining member placed on a side surface of the elevator door. 본 발명은 엘리베이터 도어의 이탈방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 엘리베이터의 승장도어 하단에 구비된 잠금부재 및 승장도어의 측면에 구비된 이탈방지부재를 매개로 도어 하측부분의 이탈뿐만 아니라 상대적으로 취약한 도어의 측면부분의 이탈도 방지할 수 있도록 한 엘리베이터 도어의 이탈방지 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 엘리베이터 도어의 이탈방지 장치는, 엘리베이터 승장도어의 하단부 측이 가이드 되도록 바닥면에 형성된 가이드 홈 내에는 파이프 형태를 갖는 한 쌍의 고정브라켓트가 설치되고, 각 승장도어의 하단에는 일단부에 뾰족한 형태의 걸림부가 돌출 형성된 잠금부재가 장착되어, 해당 승장도어의 폐쇄 시 상기 잠금부재의 걸림부가 상기 고정브라켓트의 개방된 내부에 삽입되면서 단속되도록 구성되는 한편, 상기 각 승장도어 외측단의 일정 높이를 갖는 지점에는 해당 승장도어의 폐쇄 시 측면 잼(JAMB)의 개방구에 단속되는 측면 이탈방지부재가 각각 장착되되, 상기 이탈방지부재는 사각판 형태의 몸체에 한 쌍의 장공이 형성되어 상기 각 승장도어의 외측단에 장착되는 결합부와, 상기 결합부의 일단에 그 평면이 "ㄷ" 형상을 이루도록 일체로 절곡 형성된 걸림부를 포함하여 구성된다.
