본 발명은 친환경 프리플렉스 합성거더의 제작방법, 시공방법 및 그 친환경 프리플렉스 합성거더에 관한 것으로, 강재거더에 프리플렉션 하중을 재하하기 위하여 액체, 예를 들어 물의 하중을 이용함으로써 유압잭 등의 관련설비가 필요하지 않아 시공비용을 줄일 수 있으며, 물이 있던 공간은 중공식으로 적용하여 자중을 저감하는 효과가 있어 장지간 교량에 용이하며, 시공이 간편하여 시공 기간을 단축할 수 있다.
