본 발명은 차열성 콘크리트 불투수 블록 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 특정 차열성 재료로 구성된 차열-미끄럼 방지 구조층을 가져서, 차열 효과를 극대화할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 미끄럼 방지 기능을 갖는 차열성 콘크리트 불투수 블록 및 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
