HANDRAIL POST FIXING APPARATUS FOR DECK ROD
The present invention relates to an anti-gap handrail post fixating apparatus for a deck rod, capable of preventing generation of a gap between a lower portion of a handrail post and a beam even when a volume of the handrail post expands or contracts due to a change in humidity or temperature by constantly pulling the lower portion of the handrail post toward the beam through elastic force, thereby preventing the handrail post from shaking when a walker grips a handrail. The handrail post fixating apparatus for a deck rod, fixating the lower portion of the handrail post to an outer surface of opposing beams forming a deck rod, comprises: at least one horizontal assembly hole formed to communicate with each other on a beam in which a lower portion of the handrail post and an inner surface of the lower portion of the handrail post are tightly attached; a fixating bolt penetrating through the horizontal assembly hole in a direction from an outer side of the handrail post to an inner side and having a screw shaft protruding to an inner side of the beam through the horizontal assembly hole; a fixating nut fastened to an inner protrusion portion of the screw shaft such that the fixating nut is spaced apart from the inner side of the beam; and an elastic pressing unit installed in the inner protrusion portion of the screw shaft between an inner side of the beam and the fixating nut and pressing the fixating nut constantly to an inner side through an elastic force.
본 발명은 난간기둥의 하부를 빔 쪽으로 탄성력을 통해 항상 당겨줌에 따라, 습도나 온도의 변화에 의해 난간기둥의 부피가 신장되거나 신축될 경우에도 난간기둥의 하부와 빔의 사이에 유격이 생기는 것을 방지함으로써, 보행자가 난간을 잡을 때 난간기둥이 흔들리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 데크로드용 유격 방지식 난간기둥 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 데크로드를 구성하는 양측 빔의 외측면에 난간기둥의 하부를 고정하는 데크로드용 난간기둥 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 난간기둥 고정장치는, 상기 난간기둥의 하부와 난간기둥의 하부의 내측면이 밀착되는 빔에 서로 연통되게 형성되는 하나 이상의 수평 조립홀과; 상기 난간기둥의 외측에서 내측의 방향으로 각각의 상기 수평 조립홀에 관통되며, 상기 수평 조립홀을 관통하여 빔의 내측으로 돌출되는 나사축을 포함하는 고정볼트와; 상기 나사축의 내측 돌출부에 상기 빔의 내측면과 이격되게 체결되는 고정너트와; 상기 빔의 내측과 고정너트의 사이인 상기 나사축의 내측 돌출부에 장착되어 탄성력을 통해 상기 고정너트를 항상 내측으로 눌러주는 탄성 누름수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
