The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a post of a natural wood handrail that is capable of keeping an outer appearance of a handrail post, without any scar on the outer surface of wood by bolts, thereby strengthening a support force of the natural wood handrail post and rapidly and conveniently performing installation work, without any fastening tools like screws or bolts. According to the present invention, the apparatus for fixing a post of a natural wood handrail includes: a bottom plate (10) made of a metal material, fixed to the top of a metal long joist (F) by means of welding, and having a plurality of coupling holes (100) formed thereon; a reinforcement pipe (20) made of a metal material and fixed to the top of the center of the bottom plate (10); a natural wood post (30) having a center hole (300) formed at the center thereof in such a manner as to be inserted into the reinforcement pipe (20); a top end fixing member (40) screw-fastened to the top end portion of the reinforcement pipe (20) in such a manner as to be fastenedly brought into close contact with the top end surface of the wood post (30); an underside end cap (50) for seating the lower end of the wood post (30) on the top surface thereof and having a plurality of coupling protrusions formed on the underside thereof in such a manner as to be fastened to the coupling holes (100) of the bottom plate (10) and to allow the coupling protrusions and the bottom plate (10) to be surrounded with wood deck (S) on both sides thereof; and a top cap (60) disposed on top of the wood post (30) and having an insertion recess (600) formed on the underside thereof to correspond to the top section of the wood post (30).
본 발명은 천연목재 난간 기둥 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 친환경적인 외관을 살릴 수 있도록 목재 외관에 볼트 등으로 흠집을 내지 않고 외형을 살려 난간기둥의 외관을 살릴 수 있도록 하며, 천연목재 난간기둥의 지지력을 강화할 수 있으며, 나사, 볼트 등의 체결도구 없이 설치작업을 신속, 간편하게 수행할 수 있도록 하기 위하, 바닥면을 이루는 금속제 장선(F)의 상부면에 용접고정되며 복수개의 결합공(100)이 형성된 금속재질의 바닥플레이트(10); 상기 바닥플레이트(10)의 중앙부 상면에 고정되는 금속재질의 보강파이프(20); 상기 보강파이프(20)에 삽입되게 중앙에 중심공(300)이 형성된 천연 목재기둥(30); 상기 목재기둥(30)의 상단면에 밀착되어 조여지게 상기 보강파이프(20)의 상단부에 나사식으로 체결되는 상단고정구(40); 상부면에 상기 목재기둥(30) 하단이 안착되며 하부면에 상기 결합공(100)과 대응되는 복수개의 결합돌기가 형성되어 하부가 상기 바닥플레이트(10)의 결합공(100)에 결속되고 하측으로 결합돌기와 상기 바닥플레이트(10)를 감싸지게 목재데크(S)가 양측에서 설치되는 하단캡(50); 상기 목재기둥(30)의 상부 단면과 대응되는 삽입홈(600)이 하부에 형성되어 상기 목재기둥(30)의 상부면에 설치되는 상단캡(60)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
